Why do you think Mavin and other contemporary record labels keep looking for and signing new acts? Hmmmm! I think your are right. They probably need to employ new management team I mean young individuals that can help move the label forward. I mean dope producers and dope artiste scouts. I heard Jaywon has left the label years back. Their major artiste currently is joe-el. If you ask me I think he's the worst artiste they have ever signed. Not that he's not good but hes music is not just accepted
