Stanbic is very USELESS since march 31st they removed my interest for first quarter and I have begged sent several emails for them to send me my money but they never did.

morning please I would like to ask u some questions on the fgn bond
1) when u invested in the 2020 5yr bond was it a new issue then.
2) the bid interest rate u filled was it same as the coupon rate.
3)concerning the coupon and the bid interest rate of the same 2020 5yr you invested in that is now reopening will the bid interest rate I am to fill how much discount or premium I want from the face value or yield I want because the coupon is always fixed.
4)if the bid interest rate is more than the coupon rate e.g for the 14.50%fgnjuly2021 with marginal rate of 15.9899 the amount I am meant to pay is (14.5/15.9899)* what the par value of the bond is.
5)if the bid interest rate of 15.5000 is what I got after the auction of the 14.50% fgn july2021 in which I filled amount of 10m what will I pay and how much will I get back at maturity.
