is their result out? Someone who currently works with FBN says the sequence is, after training in about a month time their result will be released and what follows is posting. I learnt they also finished their training early this month.

If their result is out already, their posting will probably be this week.

Who knows when the conversion guys
will be posted? Or are they posted already?
To be realistic, our D&M mail will come after their posting.

A D&M mail is the end product after meeting, choosing a date, deciding on the personnels to be incharge of documentation at designated locations, informing the hospital of arriving candidates so they can be prepared nd oda tins i may nt knw abt. So d process may hav kicked off already

If things happn like it did last time, actual D&M shld nt exceed next week and TS resumption 2 weeks after. So u cn start preparing ur documents and a sufficient number of corporate passports. For those that may need accomodation, u can start gathering ur money cause the closest hotels to TS cost an average of 100k monthly ( AC, Dstv, cleaning services). You can decide to share wit a fellow TS mate (50k) or two (33.3k).
Concerning, FBN's total entry level package (after confirmation), pple thr aren't saying much but wat i was told is that evn on pro rata basis, the compensation is poor (still revolves arnd 200k monthly) compared to other banks. I bliv this is so cause it has bn long since FBN reviewed their compensation policy and the time value of money is what is coming to play here. If this shld b d case, then u can be sure that it wil b reviewed in the near future as part of their strategy to stay competitive and retain high quality staffs.

Well, conversion program is expected to take place twice in a year but as I write you, They are yet to round up the one of January. So the system at the moment, is tensed and saturated....those for conversion that have been kept on hold from resuming TS are as grieved as you're.

However, one thing is certain, you all will be contacted in due course. Any form of agitations from you guys is like telling the wind, the direction it should blow...it makes no difference.

Any attempt for me to be more explicit than what I wrote might result to me divulging information that's internal and may not be understood by anyone who is not in the system.

The simple analogy is this, 2016 GT program ended in September 2018 and that paved way for 2019 GT program. There was no fresh recruitment between 2017-2018 other than what started in 2016. In essence, if not until January Service Executive Conversion Program (Season 4) is concluded, there won't be room for (Season 5) which Ceteris Paribus, was expected to have kicked off, the second half of this year.

The bottom line is there is no way the training will take EXACTLY four weeks. There is room for post training processes that will eventually result to their posting.

Have those conversion staff got their TS mail already?

Prospective conversion staff of FBN are currently doing their DM with White Cleon. The recruitment process is outsourced to White Cleon. They got their email on 20th, while some others got theirs the following day.

Guys FBN will eventually contact us. Let me not repeat what has been said earlier in terms of getting busy with other things, but for the sake of its importance we need to get busy with other things that improves our personal development or generates cash flow.

Eventually is will serve us well in TS but before then we will maintain healthy psych. The experience you gained working on a project might serve you well in TS.

While you have your daily task set out little time everyday to learn some courses on free platforms. Google some of them.

Check other jobs you're qualified for and apply. Who knows... I am not writing to suggest you forget about FBN, but to open your eyes to other things that will enhance your living.

Just like you, I am also waiting, but the problem is not waiting. It's how you spend your time while waiting.

Conversion staff will resume at the training school this month. Hopefully before the end of December we will be called for D&M and then resume January or latest, February.

Do you know any person among the conversion staff or you're just guessing?...only being curious though.

they are in the same set (venue) during the training.

I learnt a guy was dropped (not posted) after the training because he could not reach the cut off point.
