I would have agreed if I have never been to Ibadan. The city is so big that you will find neighborhood of all shades and structures. some extremely beautiful like u find anywhere else in the world. it is shameful for the op to generalise in this manner. in my opinion, Ibadan still ranks among among top 5 cities in Nigeria.
