Guys, it is legit. It's a startup in international programme. You are expected to pay to have the experience working as an intern for international programmes. If you are planning on working for organizations like United Nations, World Health Organizations, and the likes, this the kind of internship that can enhance you toward landing such opportunities. It's not a fraud, it's an opportunity. You don't have to go on with it if you are not comfortable.
