Mackin:Cutting edge engineering in history mostly started with a military motive. I am very fascinated by guidance systems and laser systems though... but I still believe in propulsion weapons as being key for a long time and besides reading news of Nigerian military buying used weapons from other countries makes me sad |
myrrtle:I hope to one day start my own company manufacturing weapons for the Nigerian Military. |
I am 22, Mechanical Engineering graduate. I presently have a job but the creative forces in me wouldn't just allow me not to live on the edge I believe myself to be a Fabrication and Design guru, but I am still learning and developing though I want to be a weapons Engineer, I want to become an arms dealer too but that is in the long run. The heart wants what it wants Do I need additional qualifications and what's the best way to get into the industry P.S. - I have never handled a gun before |
I think Trump stance on deportation of illegal immigrants will have a lot of effect on Nigerians in the US. his stand that international trade takes away US jobs can also be trouble for the oil and gas industry Financial Markets around the world are already reacting negatively |
What do you think would be the effect of a President Donald Trump on Nigeria. Whether you like America or you don't, you should be interested in what happens in countries like the US. Because of its sheer economic size, it has a material impact on the lives of everyone in the world. That's just economics, not politics. |
Just look at the bottom left corner... You should see a keyboard sign... Click it, the keyboard will roll up |
I had about 30k after Service... I basically saved nothing.... Do I regret? Hell No I spent almost everything I got taking trainings and getting certified. I took several 32hours round trips to PH for trainings... 12hour trips to Abuja for trainings too.... I even had to pay my L.i my whole allowee for 4months just cos I missed clearance while going on trainings... I didn't participate in the inec ish too cos of trainings. I got no state allowee, no extra allowee from anywhere, no ppa allowee, no stipends from home too... I made about 200k though from training others but I still spent all on getting even more trainings... But I love that one year die... You can save a lot if you're prudent |
I came across a sponsored advert on Facebook about a "Legend TV" www.legend.ng I showed it up to my cousin who seems to think they offer a good deal They site description reads Legend is an exclusive multi-media brand that offers distinctive value to enhance the lifestyle and experience of our customers. Legend offers premium entertainment to your home with a movie theatre experience, unlimited internet and high definition voice calls. They're offering for #21,888 per month (for 6months) + #45,333 down payment Apple iPhone 6 (16GB) or Sony Experia Z2 (32 GB) Tablet or Apple iPad Air 2 (16 GB) Tablet or Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 (32GB) + 30GB Data + A legend lite subscription for watching TV on the mobile device Is this a fair deal.... I feel it's too expensive or maybe it's my poor man mentality |
