Btwn, we've got Maguire, Martinez, Varane and Lindelof all available as options. Wtf do we still need Bailly for. One of the problems we actually have is not realizing when to let go of some players.

Please don't get carried away it's just pre season friendlies. I remember us smashing Liverpool and Madrid during pre season only to lose the first match of the season to Swansea under Van gaal. Ten matches into the new season will give us a clearer view.

There's a reason ETH was firm about his terms of the contract for which Manchester United board reluctantly gave in. At this point, if he fails, it's solely on him...

For once, the board has brought in a manager who insisted that things must be done his way...Some folks here are still trying to rope the board in just so they can blame them when things go south.

ETH never sounded like one that appreciates the role RR was designated to take up. The pressers are there for anyone to make reference to so, I don't get why the board is still being roped into all of these...

You're not listening.

The money is not always handed to the coach to spend. The company will not deposit 200million into ETH account to spend as he likes bro. There have to be an agreement between people of interest before a player purchase or sale is sanctioned.

You’re talking about coaches good with Small teams and struggle with big teams. What gives you the idea or hint that RR isn’t good with big teams in a Consultant/DOF position? He hasn’t even really started the role at United. So you’re basically judging him by his results as an interim manager.

Also the ones with no successful experience in building any club is the one that’s better?

Lol that structure itself is a support. Have you worked in a company and you want to leave because of the poor structure there? You try to make input and nothing is happening. Even if they’re paying you your salary as at when due, you still won’t feel comfortable staying because of the poor structure

Rangnick and Mitchell 2 of the most respected and accomplished support staff a manager could ever want were available but we went for Fletcher and O'Boyd instead. Remember that too.

You made a blanket statement without addressing your mail so i had to clear your mind. I had several months of debates supporting ETH during the ETH vs Poch debate. Criticising the club for not appropriately utilizing the services of one of the best DoFs in football does not mean one wants ETH to fail.

RR invited Paul Mitchell recently to the club but after his visit the club didn't offer him a position and he went to Monaco instead. In my opinion ETH's chances of success would have been better if he was supported by people who have successfully built teams in the past like Rangnick and Mitchell, rather than Fletcher and this Andy O'Boyle who are relative learners.
