Infact history is filled with religious people who invented and postulated numerous scientific ideals. Christianity does not stop his members from acquiring knowledge.

I got my university degree from India, lived there total eight years.
Several of my friends from different parts of India were non religious guys, but on documents they were all Hindus. This was case for majority of them.
Except few Muslims , they were only one practicing Islam.
