The idea that they're stricter at night is just a wild dream, people bang in as much 5s and we're not even in the same timezone.

That's the problem with people, it's your effort when you win but blame the rater when you lose out. I get 3s too and I read through and notice my mistakes. If you're so confident od what you did, go to slack and dispute the rating, especially when you get a 3 or 4 and see if they don't uncover more of your errors. I've had Hausadreturn go through my scripts before, and he was picking so many mistakes I told him it was enough.
I've had my transcription resent for QA coz the SCC was like, "the QA missed so many things."

You make more mistakes at night, don't blame the system: I had 2 or 3 straight 5s, are your QAs different
As a rule I avoid working at night because I've noticed my transcripts are always fraught with errors due to forcing the brain to work during odd hours.

Thanks. Assigned the other company rep as customer and transcribed the whole call. Was rated even though the customer didn't come to the phone at all. Wanted to learn from this one, and it worked out,
