Take note of timestamps, don't assume it will be in order. While some have repeated items, others have skipped items, most times it's a response.

E.g Take note of something like this, because it's easy to ignore.

The actual content is:
-Is it a single family home, or a multi family house?
-Single family.
-Single family? Okay.

But what you'll hear might be:

0:01:23 - 0:01:27
Is it a single family or a multi family

0:01:28 - 0:01:29
Single family? Okay

If you just assume it's complete, you'll be penalized for missing content. That split second you ignore might contain vital info, so ensure to use the ESC work around during your final cross check before you submit.

For the ellipses part, you have to be very tactical with it's use.

Incorrect use of ellipsis means u used the ellipsis, but u used it wrongly. Like the example I gave earlier. If u are not sure on where exactly to use ellipsis, just don't make use of it because u will be penalized for using it wrongly (u won't get 1 for incorrect use of ellipsis sha).

The reason u got a 1 was because of the missing content. If it was only incorrect use of ellipsis they might have given u 3 or 4.

U get rated 1 automatically if u fail to transcribe some valid part of the conversation(Like a response to a question or somtin u might feel is not important, or an audio segment that needed the ESC key work around).

As a newbie I will even advice against using ellipsis unless u are absolutely sure dat u are supposed to use it in dat scenario.
From my experience, u won't be penalized for not using ellipsis, but u will be penalized for using ellipsis wrongly.

I have not come across a rating note, like you failed to use ellipsis or something like that.

If you're allocated 5 hours to complete a 10 minute audio, just know it's FC UK call. But, for CLH Lawyers, it's not easy to detect until you've picked the call.
Attempting FC UK as a newbie and especially using a smartphone (unless you're good with British accents) is a good way to waste effort.
Don't be in a hurry to submit a transcript, ensure you can you've been thorough.
