After opening a new PayPal account, I was instructed to link my credit/debit card to my PayPal account. I tried doing that by linking my zenith bank MasterCard to my PayPal account but it rejected it and said that "the card was declined by the issuing bank"

I am afraid it could also reject an africard because that is what am working on getting next.

Has any experienced this before?
