Difrent: It's inconsequential because elections are rigged, In saner climes, with the strategic positioning of the Igbos in Nigeria, you can't win without their consensus, but that's a discussion for another day. Now I see y'all love to brag about how strategic these Northern/Western Nigeria politicians are, and how the Igbos will never be President until the end of time. But one thing I'm shocked no one is seeing,is that it's only the political elites/class are actually enjoying and benefiting. Apart of the bragging rights that supporters get that your tribes man is the president? What else exactly are you actually gaining or benefiting from your tribes man being the president. This is the hard facts that some Nigeria don't understand about what the Igbos have done in this election. The Igbo actually presented the best candidate from their region,who is totally without a single ethnic or tribal sentiments. Apart from a bragging rights and a sense that an Igbo has finally become the president of Nigeria, Igbos will benefit absolutely nothing from Obi, this is a hard fact the majority of Igbos accepted. The whole Nigeria region, apart from the East could have benefited more heavily. If Obi fails to reclaim this mandate, then people who voted for Tinubu inorder to spike the Igbos, will finally understand the harm they have done to themselves... 1 Like |

His candidature as a Yoruba candidate is making some sane people question and query the Yorubas much reputed education and sophistication. He's not representing the Yorubas. He's a Christian, has been attending Church programs for too long and therefore, has the right to attend as much Churches as possible, so far as he doesn't go there to officially campaign, and I have carefully watched all his Church videos, I did not see where he went to any Church for campaign. You can show me if you have? Talking about him having a Christian Agenda, (which is false, by the way) but, if we are all to vote based on religion, then he's likely to win before 12pm on election day; ,remember he's the only major Christian presidential candidate contesting, while you have various Muslim contestants, vying for the same position, meaning their votes will be highly divided/shared.
