The uselessness of the Nigerian police has gotten to a level where we have to cut them off(comprehensive reforms) even if it means sacking the entire policemen and ask them to reapply. Policing is too serious a business to be run by half baked, corrupt minded charlatans. In the UK it is easier to get into the Royal Navy than into their Police, same is applicable to the US and Norway, infact in Norway Police training is 3years after which successful trainees will get Bsc in Police studies and even at that they will be be placed on probation for six months before being fully commissioned. In our case agbero wey life don tire one politician will use Police work to compensate them.
The other day in Canada the supreme court gave a judgement that anyone that is a member of the NPF wouldn't be given assylum as they all will be seen as guilty by association of a criminal organisation; this is a terrible image soiling Indictment of that arm of service. Recently the USAID have told all its partners/NGOs to stop associating with any members of the Nigerian Police that was a member of the criminal unit (SARs) including those officers both Police/Soldiers that partook in the Toll gate killings as it would henceforth be a prerequisite for disbursement of funds.
If we don't curtail the excesses of the NPF they'll invite sanctions to the entire country and make us a pariah state moreover the Police is a reflection of the society.

Truest yarn. I only ask myself, what would it cost us to do something (Reforming NPF) that'd benefit us. There is a reward for sanity

The AstroTurf at Enugu was laid in the year 2009..
Before then, the National teams still didn't host any of their games there.
The last time a National side held a competitive game in the east was in the 99 u20 world cup hosted by Nigeria.
That was ***** 22 yrs ago...
National matches supposed to be played in all geopolitical zones of the country..
If the eagles could host matches in sub standard facilities like Asaba & Calabar then they have no excuses not coming down to the Eastern part of the country

As our feeling where growing, she told me an ugly truth about her self how she used to date a Yahoo boy back in school.

Sani Abacha Stadium Kano looks pretty but its not so great a pitch to play on
