This is the current situation for all MMFs irrespective of the fund manager. Currently the highest you can get in the industry should be about 2%. I wouldn't know what you saw in your account but it should not be strange it's the reality on ground.

Note: the reason is not far fetch it's because TBills the major underlying assets of all MMFs has crashed in rate. It's already less than 1%. So don't be surprise.
I have always said it on this thread that VGIF remains a good alternative for folks that want a guaranteed capital and income.
