All this upside down thinking they are copying from abroad instead of procuring gas mask ... Look at Iran and Israel War strictly intellectual war , but here our soldiers would be parading and exercising inside hot Sun instead of exercising in air conditioner gyms and spend time in intellectual activities like studying other countries defense systems and try to fabricate or understand their technologies... Now they are doing police job dealing with internal security issues ..

I been wan call you a media Ediot but I'll let it slide. By exercise I guess you meant Drill, what Military drill in the world is done under AC? are drills being done to prepare Soldiers for an AC atmospheric Wars and battle??

And who told you the Nigerian military are not into intellectual activities? As much as I can remember, the Airforce are now making Drones (Amebo and the Gulma), Neighbouring African countries are also procuring survey and attack ship constructed by the Navy. So what are ur points??

Look, It's understandable to be ignorant but then, it's sheer foolishness to pride in ur ignorance

What nonsense-kini gbogbo palapala yi?

Shut up and learn

This ceremony is usually performed by women. In the UK it is usually performed by female members of the Royal Family and in Nigeria it is usually performed by the First or Second Lady.

Patience Jonathan slipped NNS Centenary into the water in China in 2014 and inaugurated NNS Thunder in 2012 and Aisha Buhari slipped an LNG vessel into the water in Korea in 2016.

In some places the vessel is slipped into the water by
breaking a bottle of champagne across its bow.

Bro Ak-47 still remains the best assault rifle that hardly jam during firing with a more deadly effect than the M-16. Ask any Soldier. What Nigeria should have done is to upgrade to the latest Ak-47 that doesn't overheat and got a more release power

NAF have upgraded already leaving the Army behind

Okay. I have confirmed that we have some ZSU-23-4 Shilka and Roland defence system. These are very old short range AD systems but my concern is, are they combat ready or functioning at all?

I doubt if they carry out regular tests on these weapons. To be honest, AD is not our main priority at the moment, we need more of attack UAVs to combat banditry and terrorism.

They're functioning and Yes the Airforce is heavily investing into the Acquisition of UAVs. Not only are they acquiring, they're also partnering with the Isreali Military to make her own Locally made Amebo and Gulma drones

It's called airforce and not Land force. It's there any difference between them on this pics?

That's why I asked I thought you're Educated. They're all Armed Forces and any Arm of Military in the World have their Ground fighting troops.

I thought Naval is for water? Why then is the US using Navy Seal team for most ground fighting warfare and extraction?? why was the Naval team sent to kill Bin laden and not US Army?? Why was Naval team sent to rescue an Abducted American in Borno and not their Army?? Lastly, Why does the US Army operate an independent Drone and Aircraft when they got an Airforce??

In Essence, Either Airforce, Navy or Army, They all supplement themselves and also take on independent operations when necessary without having to go thr the longest route of waiting for Assistance from the other

panthers doesn't exist in Nigeria so why name then panthers? we all saw how Iran defended it's national assets and airfields from Israeli missiles and drones, does the the Nigerian air forces have the equipment and training to defend our airports from foreign missiles using an air defense system? the answer is no because we don't have an air defense system despite all the money been budgeted for defense since 2015 by the APC government, we should stop celebrating nonsense in this country.

When 22 Soldiers were killed in Niger State there was no reprisals/destruction by the Army in the neighbouring communities. In fact the Nigeria Army wanted to secretly bury the dead soldiers without the press knowing. It was Sahara reporters that leaked the news before Nigerian Army openly admit it.

Who told you?? The Peace you experience while travelling thr Kotangora - Zungeru road today is as a result of the Aftermath of that attack. Not only did the military killed scores but thousands were also arrested.

If I become a governor, no soldier will come to my community, destroy it and go unpunished! I won't tolerate that. If someone kills a soldier, I will work with the military and deal with the person. Nobody will destroy an entire community in a part of the state I govern! Never!

That's why I like Nasir El-Rufai. He doesn't mince his words. He is blunt! He made it clear that if you kill his people, you will pay the price. Nigerians like hypocritical people because most Nigérians are hypocritics!

If you become Governor?? what powers do you think you'll have as a Governor to stop the military??

Why didn't ur El rufai stop the military from killing over a thousand of his Islamic brothers in 2015 by Buratai led troops?? what did el rufai do after then??

If the Military wake up tomorrow and decide you don't leave ur State house, nothing u fit do baba other than cry attack on Democracy
