tobasamuels: Had 3 group leaders in mine. The one we gave the job to became nervous and his voice broke, then three other guys started to drag it between them, with one forming time-keeper, another one forming moderator and the last was just shouting "as quickly as possible". I knew they were all Nairalanders and they had seen the 'advice' to take charge. I was just laughing in my mind. Lol. Wetin man no go see for group discussion. Taking the lead is good when U handle it like a pro. I respect the dude who led our group, the guy gave quality perspectives and gave members plenty opportunity to speak. Anyhow, we go dey aii |

McHuckz: which one is ENTRY-LEVEL again after the GDP or could it be that workforce messed up the process because from observation, the number of interviewees from the GDP is very low given that it's a nationwide recruitment. Anyways, I am just assuming. still workforce handling the process. Entry level is different from GDP. My concern is that last year's entry level recruitment was left uncompleted. I hope this year will be different. |

IchBinBrait: I don't think at this point we should be talking about salary or commission or whatever. The priority now is to get shortlisted for an interview and all the long run get the job. Oh you think so? Well it might interest you that some applicants are already working somewhere and need that piece of information to determine if the career move is worth it. |
