People should not fall for this op

There are several cases of scams in, within and outside the university premises. Just like this op, they will post online claiming to work or know everything about the university, some will pretend to offer assistance to prospective candidates but immediately you fall for them they scam you.

Prospective candidates can go to www.uniport.edu.ng for all they need to know about the university and application forms

Never in any of my posts have I ever claimed working for the school.

I'm only here to relay relevant updates to those who can see them here just as some other schools have threads here on nairaland being handled by people that are not working in the school.

My posts above are directly sourced from the school website

Please what is the nature of the entrance exam

It's a CBT exam with questions from relevant subjects to your course.
It shouldn't be more than a 30 minutes exam

NATURE OF UNIPORT POST UTME

=> Uniport post utme exam is a Computer based test that the institution use in screening it's utme applicants.
You don't need complex computer literacy to seat for it; basic navigation skills of your computer screen is enough to seat for the exam.
Seating for utme(jamb) is enough pre-requisite to handle the computer skills demands of the exam.

=> A total of 50 questions are asked randomly from 5 relevant subjects to your course. Use of English and Mathematics is compulsory.
So, 3 other subjects relevant to your course are added to make it 5.

=> There is no fixed number of questions for each subjects as questions are picked randomly.

=> The exam will last for ½ an hour i.e you have 30 minutes to complete the 50 questions. Use your time wisely.

=> The exam is usually graded over 400 and every year there is a general post utme cut off mark every candidate must meet before being considered for admission

=> Programmable calculators are not allowed to be carried into the exam hall

Ok thanksThis is the full clarification of the first step;after logging in ,it shows 2022 on the first page it is after clicking Admission status,on the next page it shows 2021

It is on that next page you will change it to 2022 before clicking 'access my CAPS'

After logging in on jamb caps through desktop site,clicking on my admission status it displays last year reg no after still changing the year to 2022,clicking on access my caps it shows "you are not eligble to use this service" on caps direct page,is this method correct to check.

The second method is not correct.
The first one is the correct one.

If your last year registry number is still showing after changing the year to 2022 then you still have to be patient.

Some person's experienced this last year too
It will be resolved

You can confirm your o'level result by accessing your CAPS through your jamb profile.

According to the last update on the school website the post utme registration portal will be closing on tomorrow 1st October 2022.

So all registration should be done on or before that date

No official update has been released as regards the post utme exam yet
