been waiting for the embassy to mail me since last month but they haven't done dat and am already getting scared, I only got my passport and a white note saying something about turkish authority pls wat can I do

I received my passport on the 4th of november with a slip saying "Your application has been forwarded to turkish authority for examination" its been over 3weeks now, ive not gotten a reply.
