Note that APC Govs in the North aren't behind Atiku bcoz one of them will succeed Tinubu in 2031.

So, the sitting Govs of APC in the North don't like the gut of Atiku. They believe he ought to have left the stage.

One of these 1st term Govs in the North would take over from Tinubu hence their support for Tinubu 8 years before power comes back to them.

First you think if the North see that they can get power now they would now wait for 2031. Common let us use common sense also for this thing. Secondly who told you that the North dislike Atiku and who told you that they think he has been there and he is old for the job. This is all a Southern imagination and conspiracy that the North don't care about. I know the psychology of the North more than you. Let me tell you one of the psychology of the North. They know that since we became a democratic nation that the South has ruled more. So they would be glad if a Northern person comes in to bridge that gap.
Lastly, this time the North will overwhelming give Atiku votes and those governors you are talking about will not rig for Tinubu because they aren't a fool they can see the game Tinubu is playing in the South. Like I said Obi base is only the South East and outside that he has no base due to regional forces that would play in this up coming election.

One thing I know about most obi supporters is that they don't do blind loyalty. They won't vote atiku just because obi supports atiku

If Obi supports Atiku because of ADC, most obi supporters will not even vote that day. They will rather sit on the fence.

Those that won't vote if the coalition primary does not favour him let them not votes. If 30-40 percent voted that one is enough. Which I am sure that those who may decide to vote Tinubu will not exceed 10 percent and this statistics I am providing is based on the South but those who voted Obi in the North will votes for Atiku/Obi candidacy, that's for sure.
