Was this sent through email? No, I didn't get it. When you couriered it to them, did you pay for transmission fee? It appears you sent the passport where you did the biometrics so no transmission fee required. It also means that they have received your passport.

My mom sent through DHL, it hasn't arrived vfs yet. I tracked it, says will arrive by end of business on Wednesday (tomorrow)

I didn’t pay transmission fee when i sent it, only paid afterwards and sent an evidence of payment to their email. Plus, I sent to a VAC different than the one I did my capturing , so learnt about the fees after couriering the docs.

In the tracker, under visitor visa details, it contains Visitor visa document number with starts with E, expiry date, your passport number and the issuing country.

I do not have access to tracker. I’ve tried to register, it doesn’t go but I’m able to check status on irrc website’s. Btw, did you also get this from Vfs ?

After paying the transmission fee to the account number, you print out your receipt and add it to other documents before you send to Vfs

Already sent without transmission receipt. Paid yday and sent an email with evidence of payment to vfs email, hope they will work?

please a notification letter was issued on the 4th July and I went to submit my passport today not knowing that I will need to schedule an appointment for it so I later scheduled the appointment but the day I got is August 4 hope I am safe with that date for submission

I did the same thing, we’re good bruh/sis.
