Doing what well? That's how you people sit online and anything you see you accept. Ortom said Fulani herdsmen killed millions of people you people heard it and believe. If truly he fought for the people why didn't they vote him to senate when he contested for senate while his tenure was finishing.

If Alia is doing well, i will say it. The man just want to control party structures by all means living out his core mandate of serving the people.
This one is clearly disturbed.

The fact is, tinubu won the election.

Now, before you abuse me, I did not vote for obi, tinubu or atiku. Have never voted for any of the major parties. If anything, I wish we voted out the three major parties last time and voted for the smaller parties

But tinubu won once Obi decided to split the opposition vote by going to lp.

Same thing happened in 2011. Buhari destroyed the ANPP to from cpc. He lost heavily as did the anpp.

APC had no business winning this election. But because obi split the vote and atiku was too proud to retire or compromise, we got tinubu and the apc winning again.

We got another apc rulership..more bad government.

When the opposition is divided, they always lose.

All that cursing for nothing.

Inec can't do nothing about that.
Pls no one shld listen to this Ronu's he's just a clown.

Politics / Re: Economic Crisis: Obasanjo Urges Devolution Of Power, Resources To States by ogbe88(m): 7:58am On Feb 25
EponObi:
This is my problem with people like this. Always smart and knows what's right and good outside power. But when they are in, they do the opposite. It's easy to drive a car with mouth. If na plan, even the Agulu fraud get am plenty - that one can literally write a complete, nonsense consumption to production storybook while sucking Aisha's sagged breasts cheesy. But check what he did in Anambra for 8 years - zero doings; just talks.

Same with Baba Iyabo - why you no execute devolution of power while in power?

Same with our Information minister - Bosun. That one was one of the biggest critics of APC/Buhari/Tinubu over the years. Dem don give am portfolio now, the dude dey do nonsense paparazzi up and down - since becoming minister, Bosun hasn't done any tangible execution of any of plans. I call him the baddie minister.

Enu dun ro efo.

Anyways, I think this is a chess game between the North and South. Since the north has been moving mad since Tinubu came to power, Obasanjo might be coming out to fire the warning shot - the North are scared of true Federalism. This is OBJ having Tinubu's back - even though they are sworn political enemies, the region's interest comes first. When I tell people that the SW plays the most sophisticated politics in Nigeria, they argue. The thing is in the SW, politics isn't by cussing, chest beating, and being loud. Silent chess moves without confrontation - something the SE should learn about - but they won't and will never attain such level of sophistication - at least not this generation, and that's if they don't program their children with the same politics of hate and victimization that has relegated them to the back seat of national influence and power. The typical Igbo is programmed to suck at National politics right from birth. Abuse me all you want; that's the truth.

To confirm their hypocrisy: They will come on this thread (even quote me) that they don't need the power seat of Nigeria; act like they care less. But na them carry ObiFraud for head pre and post election. Even those who abused Obi and called him a failure pre 2015 turned around to repackage him. Na them spend #800m on post election legal tussles for Obi. Na them dey always argue say their 3rd class failure was a First Class Omo Olodo'de cool at the election.

U ARE FOOL OF A TOOK.

They have not run out of ideas. Those who say these things are not informed of the mess.

Be patient. PDP had 16 years. It was PDP that started defending the naira. It was during PDP that subsidy billionaires emerged. It was during PDP that kidnapping and terrorism started. It was during PDP that people like Atiku stole national assets for personal use. It was during PDP that refineries collapsed completely. It was during PDP that many who are making noise on nairaland today were born.

Those of us who witnessed military rule and PDP knew that the practice that started with PDP was going to lead us to doomsday.

I sincerely pray Bola Tinubu will continue to find the will to do the right thing.

No, their resignation will not confer presidential legitimacy on those who lost the election. They have no solutions. The solutions Atiku mouths reeks of blatant ignorance and lack of intelligence.
Can somebody delete this lunatic account.

Yes.

For many years, we have been living in a bubble. We subsidized the consumption by the rich. Our refineries have not been producing. There was pervasive insecurity. Oil theft was rife. Chinese were stealing from us. We started handing out dollars to people for reasons that don't make sense. The subsidy was consistently being abused by people who claimed it and still took the products across the borders. Local fuel consumption was inflated. There were no investments in critical infrastructure. Questionable billionaires emerged following the start of the 4th republic. The bought banks and no one knows the source of their incomes. Industries completely collapsed and religion became rife.

Infact, we started borrowing to pay salaries and subsidies. People like Professor Usman Yusuf in NHIS used their positions to rob the nation. Today, they are sudden moralists for a better Nigeria.

What Tinubu is doing is an attempt to refocus things so that the pains will not be even more in the future. Tinubu demonstrates the boldness many before him lacked. We can see some improvements in certain areas. For example, after the kidnap of the Nabeeha family and the killing of Nabeeha herself, we can see how Wike and Co swung into action and have arrested the masterminds. Our military chiefs are not talking too much and are doing the job.

I recall when they started partitioning roads in Lagos for BRT. As soon as the buses were rolled out, no one criticized Tinubu again. So the suffering we are currently facing are pains that will pass.

We only call on Tinubu to go after the sponsors of terrorism, banditry and rogue businessmen inflating prices. We also call on governors to show workings. It is evil for PDP governors to be attacking the president when they should be worried and working harder for their people.

As a people, let us put the same pressure on the governors, representatives and senators as we put on the president.

If the elections hold again, I'd still throw my weight behind Tinubu. Atiku had his time, and he had nothing to show for it beyond plundering national assets to cronies. He is one of the architects of the current mess and should take responsibility. He also lacks understanding of presidential processes. Peter Obi is just a revolt against the status quo and people conveniently forgot he was a governor as well and Anambra did not improve.

Any sincere Nigerian would make suggestions to help the nation.
U are gone.

No pity and if you quote me... me and you go get problem

A friend of mine in Ghana told me before that election that if tinubu should get up to 100 thousand votes knowing fully well that he brought upon Nigeria Buhari and Apc and knowing fully well he was part of Buhari's administration then it means we Nigerians are wicked, tribalistic, fake and the worse part of it is that it will reveal that we Nigerians don’t really hate bad government and the way our politicians are treating us we are just pretending to be angry because it is not our tribesman that is in power

Look at what is going on here on nairaland..if you criticise tinubu his blind supporters will quote you and insult you...
This tribalism how long will it end. It is ruining us already.

If you are a Nigerian you didn't support the subsidy removal of Jonathan and you supported the 2012 protest but you now support the removal of tinubu subsidy removal may it not be well with you and your children
If you are a Nigerian and you criticise Jonathan and Buhari now you no longer want to criticise tinubu may it not be well with you and your children

Solution to this, is a coup, like that of 66.

Where are the palliatives that were promised after the thoughtless removal of fuel subsidies?

1. The N35k cash rewards to workers?

2. The CNG buses. N100 billion was said to have been earmarked for the purchase of CNG buses. Where are the buses, and where is the money?

3. The student loans that were expected to begin in January 2024, we are now in February, and students have yet to receive the loans.

4. N25k social safety net to be shared to 15 million households

5. What about the N75 billion earmarked for the strengthening of the manufacturing sector so as to increase its capacity to expand and create good-paying jobs between July 2023 and March 2024?

6. What about the N1 trillion saved from fuel subsidy removal, which was to be reinvested into the education sector and loans?
Tinubu and APC led govt are unfortunate, only a coup will flush, this idiots out and to a transition of 3 years program.

From my observation, everyone disagreeing with the OP just want to blame Tinubu. They don't care that the state governments aren't working.

We are not ready. Lol. You can blame Tinubu/FG and still hold your governors accountable - it's not that hard. For them, it's better that Nigeria is destroyed beyond repair so they can do the victory lap dance because their failure Irupete Obi lost deservingly. Lol

I'm confident Asiwaj Bola Ahmed Tinubu will get things right. He has made the hardest decisions needed to steer the economy of this country aright. The political will is there. I'm certain we will start getting positive results of his policies by next year. Then Irupete Obi go chop his second breakfast come 2027. I am not surprised. The only true love you gonna feel is the love a mother gives you when you are a baby. That is why as a woman your interest should be first. Put your self first always. Never invest too much emotion into them.

You have to act and think like a man. They always put their own interest first, they are never too emotionally invested.

As a woman do the same but x2

Understand that this is just a man for God sake just a man lol never lose yourself over one.

It really hurt me when I see women killing themselves for these good for nothing dudes.

I can bet you the red flag been there since year 1 but she was there just to save face and trying to be a good wife, see where that got her,

That is why as a woman you go for a provider man. Your money is your own his money is for you both.

You saved your money invest and have something going for your self incase of raining days like this.

If he up and leave so be it. Or if you decide to leave because of whatever reasons so be it. Never get too attached to anything, I mean he’s just a person he could die you know. Like that if it comes to an end then so
Be it know that you can be happy with or without a man.

But if you are foolish enough to love a broke man and build with him, waste your youth best years suffering for him your womb, when something like this happens how do you recover from it? As a woman you have to choose wisely.
