PoliticsRe: My Witnesses Are Coming From Ethiopia, Kenya, Others - Nnamdi Kanu by ogbe88(m): 11:39am On Oct 26, 2025
Christlike01:
Sunday Igboho did not order anyone to burn down Anambra or Enugu, as Kanu actually ordered his foot soldiers to burn down Lagos. Sunday Igboho did not attack Igbo people, whereas Kanu attacked Yoruba people without provocation. Sunday Igboho’s supporters did not kill anyone or impose any senseless sit-at-home order. Kanu did! It makes no sense to compare Kanu with Sunday Igboho — one is a terrorist, the other is not.

PoliticsRe: Are We Really Hungry In Nigeria? - By Greg Odogwu by ogbe88(m): 6:32pm On May 08, 2025
emkz:
Yes.

Some people are hungry.

Some are hungry for power. Reason they are talking about coalition without telling us what they'd do to move the country forward.

Some are hungry to demarket Nigeria.

Some are hungry to talk about multidimensional poverty.

Some are hungry to compare Nigeria to China, Indonesia and Brazil, as if those countries would tolerate half of what they do in Nigeria.

Some are hungry to manufacture dubious statistics.

Some are hungry to find negativity in every positive stride the country makes.

Some are hungry to make allegations and cry victim when asked for evidence.

The hunger is self-serving.

I find the statistics used to reach the conclusion on hunger rates questionable. If we take a census of money outside the formal sector, we'd find that some of the statistics are estimates without measurable yardsticks on data acquisition. You say some Nigerians are living on less than 1 dollar per day. How is that a measure of poverty?

If Nigeria is as bad as some people paint it, no one would be asking people to protest. They'd do it organically.
Them suppose to beat una for this forum.

PoliticsRe: Only Revolution Will Save Nigerians Under Bola Tinubu - Dele Farotimi(vid) by ogbe88(m): 6:33pm On May 02, 2025
Guestmale:
grin grin Revolution in Nigeria, is he the one to lead the revolution. This is the line of a looser you loose an election then the next thing is for everything to scatter.

Revolution can't happen in Nigeria like that, because most Nigerians especially our politicians don't hate corruption or stealing, all these noise is because they are not the one in charge of the pot soup

90% of we Nigerians are potential thieves only waiting for opportunities.
A confused youth.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Govt Falsely Claims Nigeria Is World’s 4th Fastest-growing Economy - SR by ogbe88(m): 4:34pm On May 01, 2025
casualobserver:
While I am unapologetically a supporter of Tinubu, I have to say that specifically many of the “Lagos boys” and a particular set of online media supporters (don’t know if they are official) are not the brightest tools in the box.

I saw one the other day posting a picture of highways claiming to be Abuja….not being able to use his brain to realize it can’t be Abuja because Abuja don’t use blue road signs. This also, I expect a man like Dare to verify before posting.

Obidients are brain dead and annoying but it’s starting to get to a point where some of the usual Tinubu boys on Twitter are starting to get on my nerves behaving like brain dead Obidients! They are probably desperate for appointment aand trying to outdo themselves with blatant brainless sychophancy. I unfollwed 2 in the last few days.
Who is this lunatic again.

PoliticsRe: Rate The Performances Of Wale Edun And Okonjo-Iweala As Finance Minister by ogbe88(m): 7:15am On Apr 29, 2025
Ritchiee:
Even Buhari has the highest GDP in Africa until he left.
Because of the fakeness of the GDP during Okonjo Iweala period,Nigeria was down in 2014 when Okonjo began to borrow billions to pay workers because oil began to sell for 78 dollars.
They were doing 2 million plus b/d of oil at around 120-150 dollars for more than 4 years..
There were ASUU strikes and all sorts of strikes that lingered and the worst was borrowing money with the trillons Nigeria made from oil during that period. In the history of Nigeria,no govt ever made that humongous revenue.

Mr Edun is managing the economy better with oil at 67 dollars,1.5 million b/d.
Paying workers when due.Trippling govs revenues...most of them are paying their debts and executing laudable projects.
Nigeria has paid off 41 billion dollars debt, settled the 30 trillion ways and means of Buhari, settled the 7 billion dollars of the foreign airlines,GDP last growth was 3.something even better than Britain and some Western nations and above all, things are beginning to ease(Things went awry because of the removal of oil subsidy which Nigeria was borrowing money to sustain).

Go and find out why Obasanjo removed her as finance minister. She was a flop and she showed that flopness when Jonathan brought her back by borrowing money las las.

IIGB0S will continue to pay for the brutal and evil ethnic cleansing they carried out in the name of coup in January 1966.

I feel sorry for you lots because no matter how much u twist and turn, that stigma of treachery and betrayal in that 1966 IIGB0 coup (ethnic cleansing) will forever hang on your necks so long as Nigeria exists.

We have passed this level. We already know it's Igbo Coup.
Aside your introductory paragraph was wrong. Ladoke Akintola was already the Leader of Nigerian National Democratic Party (NNDP) by the general election of 1965. Correct yourself.
Pls go and get an education.

The Op is correct, or better still go and read people, politics, and power.
