It's over 5 days since the order was made and money paid to your account. The shipping mode is express and i need the order in lagos next week.
I dont need to discuss with the seller or why the seller phone number should cause a delay because it's available on the seller site.

Most stores have over one sales rep, so they need to deal with the one you spoke with.

You need to help CVM to serve you better. Elena and Victor knows how I trouble them because my stuffs. The thing there is if you don't really follow up your order you might have unnecessary delays cus they deal with a large customers base here.

I can relate with this. I had over 300mb few days back, I just topped my recharge with 200naira and did not bother to check if they gave me the normal 3mb or not but as I tried browsing yesterday, I started getting messages of how many bytes I used and amount taken.
