though its belated but just to set the records straight.
yes alot of student visas were turned down because of poor packaging.
but appeal takes time ,only if the school has given u extension or u have defered ur admission to another session.then can u appeal.otherwise just go ahead and reapply if u still have time b4 resumption.
appeal is free, and u need to attestate that all information given by u are correct and authentic.
