It just motivated me to go get the Tier 4 pdfs and read them and that was it. I can now take a well deserved break from this thread. Donxavier: It can be from January to December. The Eco will count 28 days backward from the date of the Last transaction. And also the statement must be used within a month of printing it for application. That's why people usually print a month's statement. So if within the last 28 days the money didn't drop below the required balance you are ok.

Dharkchild: I got my visa today. Picked it up at VFS lekki. I submitted just the documents started on my CAS that's my degree certificates only.

Dharkchild: He has all the maintenance money and not all the money including his school fees. It would be faster if he pays and gets his CAS updated rather than waiting for another 28 days.

He wouldn't be issued another CAS, his CAS details would only be updated with the embassy and on his portal to reflect the new payment

justwise: Then you can go ahead and apply for visa since you have all the money for 28days, time is not really on your side. Paying the fees now and waiting for the CAS to be reissued before applying for visa may eat-up your time.

August is a busy time for student visa application, but if you think otherwise i still wish you the very best.

justwise: Not a good idea, don't take something that will get you unwanted attention from the immigration

Dharkchild: If you have an unconditional offer then you can pay all your tuition to your school. When any payment is made, your CAS is updated within about three working days to reflect your payment.

Mail your school telling them you want payment to be reflected on your CAS and they would get back to you. You shouldn't have a problem as long a the payment is reflected on CAS before application and your account balance can cater for your maintenance fee.
