We were instructed in the mail not to bring any gadget.

How do they expect us to come for test without our phones.

I saw an advert for an admin assistant role in an international NGO here on nairaland, I applied casually and was invited for interview. we were 8 that were called for the interview. we wrote an exam on the said date and we were informed that they will contact us soon to know our fates.

I received a message the following day that I passed and was invited for an oral interview (only 2 of us were contacted for the oral out of the 8 we wrote). I attended the interview and was still contacted for another interview with there manager the following day. was successful and was told I will hear from them. I was later called in the evening that I should report to work the following morning.

Brethren, I travelled from my state to the interview state with just two shirts, thinking am just gona attend the interview and come back to my state. I am stucked with two shirts here. Did i also tell you that my take home package is hot "hihi" I mean cool cash. Bye bye to job hunting, bye bye to poverty. You are next in line Gods willing.

For us waiting for the second interview... Let's take a little analysis...d 2016 backlog dat just came out from training school were about 30..nd I believe dis 30 is nationwide.. Now for 2017, 10 were called for second interview in Lagos nd now dey HV shifted to abuja nd I believe 10 might still be involve..den dey wll move to oda zones nd pick 10 den dis pple might be d ones to be considered for training skul..den dis process wll be repeated for the next batch.. Am nt happy making dis analysis bc am also among dose waiting for second interview..but I pray hard nd believe it won't go like dis cz I know with God all things are possible

good analysis,but remember 30 was back log,that means some was alrdy out of TS ,bf the backlog,so it should be more than that

jst got a success mail, unto the next stage,tnks to God,congrats to dose who made it tru and if u did not no regrets better tinx ahead

I have done my own aptitude test, and video interview since Sunday morning but am yet to get feedback from them. Am hoping it's been delayed because its gonna be good news at the end. Still wish everyone all the best.

yea I think there where littles mistakes

pls those of us that had their second interview on Thursday pls give some updates..was it the same 4 man panel?,still random questions?,was it the MD ?etc .thanks as you do so

I hope logical reasoning also means diagrammatic reasoning,good luck

It's actually possible. Coz I can remember the HR guy at Kano when he briefed us, he said sometimes, after the first interview it's training school straight due. He said sometimes, they are behind schedule to conduct 2 phases of interview. Hence, training school straight.

It might not happen to us but it's very possible

After 4 months of success mails been sent... no interview invite yet and all of a sudden a regret mail just now. I only saw another nontransparent recruitment that have not only wasted the time and resources of youths but rather chose nepotism over competency.

Cheer's ... for those who had a success mail by merits (if any at all).
