Yes, Emeka, i really do feel you. I too sometimes wonder about the hygienic state of the person who prepares my eat-out foods. But then again, i try not to think too much about it and just try to be positive about the whole eat-out issue. However, a rule of thumb i apply is to eat more of home made foods and less of restaurant foods.
