Your expert advise is needed here, a Friend of mine is in talks with a company in Europe that wants some Mineral products to be supplied them, they asked for a price quote which he has sent, and this morning got an email from them in which they were asking for PAYMENT AT PORT OF DISCHARGE as against the FOB,APAPA PORT he asked for.
Is it advisable to follow through on this deal or should he insist on the FOB deal instead?

I don't want to be economical with truth any longer, Nigeria will burn if Biafra is not given a chance at independence. The reality is no matter how much journalists write, the leaders meet and talk. This looming war is inevitable and only one thing will avert this looming war. Hate Nnamdi Kanu, spit on him, lock him up, murder him and even label him terrorist, all it's at your own detriment. He holds the key to call on or call off this loomingwar, kill him and you will spark the most aggressive reaction ever to beexperienced in history of this world.All that is needed is dialogue, his detention will only muster or clusterthe vile that will consume us all, hence Biafrans are prepared to die, start writing your will for the sake of your children abroad because everyliving thing in Nigeria will be affected. Nnamdi Kanu asked foran independent Biafra, he blatantly embraced truth by way of radiobiafra broadcasts, we have no evidence to say he preaches hate orslander, we can't argue him that Buhari is a pedophile, we can't argue him that Biafrans are hated, we can't argue him that Nigeria is a zoo,If Nigeria is not zoo, why there is no law here? a competent court will issue order and a person will trample on it, no it happens only in the zoo where law does not exist, law is the difference between man and animal. Nnamdi Kanu might have drawn attention through solicitation for arms in America, the question remains; did you see him with any fire arm? Did he kill? Has anyone killed for him? Did IWC agreed or gave him any? Nnamdi Kanu has simply played every single one of us, another evidence that he is mentally sophisticated, like it or not Nnamdi Kanu is one man that held Nigeria to ransom and he brought the attention of the world to himself. It's time to sit down before this looming war consumes us all, what and what should be done? Referendum is the life line we have, referendum is the option, referendum is the key or we get locked up in a blood pool. Referendum is not the end of Nigeria neither is it the start of Biafra, leave the headache of Biafrans for Biafrans, don't worry about their potential ability to manage their nation, don't worry about the future because today will mould the future. Referendum is what we must call for with one voice and saves ourselves this looming war. In 1967, genocide wasperpetrated on our people, there was conspiracy of silence by the world and the world has moved on, realized her mistakes and believe you me, any attempt of repetition of history, it would come out with a different result. This time, Biafrans will payback for the genocide of 1967 if attempt is made to declare second phase of the genocide. To before warn is to before arm, let referendum save our lives now it can, Biafrans have external sympathizers within the G8 as evident through the call for Nnamdi Kanu's release and locally have what it takes to match another extermination attempt.

GTB master card saving a/c. Even to transfer fund locally is impossible but I use it to buy airtime. And I do have a token. So I'm yet to know where the problem is. Anytime I try to link it with pay pal it give an error msg and refer me back to my bank. The same with UBA master card my personal a/c

if you filled all the required info correctly, you might want to contact your bank or see if you can withdraw with ATM machine as the problem might not be from PayPal

In all honesty, a lot of things happened during Jonathan administration, unfortunately he was not aware and he solely put his trust and relied on the appointed personalities. This is quite unfortunate! The former president, Jonathan did not bother to supervise or monitor the activities of the people in his cabinet that is why they rubbished his administration with corrupt practices. He was ignorant of the monumental treasury heist that took place under him. Malok Jerry and Dele Ogunsakin didn't waste much time to fire him back on reading this statement he made.

In a meeting with President Buhari recently, it was gathered that the Bayelsa born politician was shocked when facts and figures were tabled before him about how corruption reigned supreme under his leadership. According to the report gathered from the private meeting, he was quoted to have said that he’s just realizing this corruption for the first time.
Facts, however, are beginning to emerge about the presidential meeting, which was said to have been facilitated by the former Head of States, Abdusalam Abubakar, former President Goodluck Jonathan at the Presidential Villa, Abuja was shocked to see how his aides milked the economy of the country dry.

We gathered that the meeting was at the instance of the 2015 Elections Peace Committee, after former President, Jonathan complained that President Buhari was not sticking to the peace accord they signed.

Jonathan was reported to have also sought for understanding on alleged corrupt practices and mismanagement of funds under his administration, with a source saying the former President claimed he was hearing about some of the graft allegations for the first time.
The report however claimed that President Buhari reportedly insisted that all looted funds must be returned to the nation’s coffers, adding that the President also restated his pledge that Jonathan had nothing to fear at all.

According to a source quoted by the report, the outcome of the meeting between Buhari and Jonathan formed the motive behind Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo’s declaration at the weekend that the target of the administration’s anti-corruption war was not Jonathan.

The report further disclosed that the former President was not comfortable with the way Buhari moved against his ex-Chief Security Officer (CSO), ex-National Security Adviser (NSA) and some ministers, asking the Abdulsalami committee to prevail on Buhari not to rubbish him.
Amazingly, the former president, GEJ has always been known to take leave of the truth. On so many occasions as president, he spoke from both sides of his mouth. At a campaign rally, he said stealing was not corruption. The case at hand now is so bad that even those he trusted who have come to him for succor are likely not to get the desired shelter because Mr. Jonathan has made it clear to them that everybody should now bear his father’s name whether you knew of corruption or not.

A source said, “This man is always economical with the truth. When the allegations against former Minister of Aviation, Mrs. Stella Oduah broke, what did he do? What of those alleged against Diezani? Was it not Jonathan who allegedly blamed the House of Representatives of inviting Diezani too much? Was it not under his leadership Diezani took the House of Reps to court? Was it not same Jonathan who allegedly said stealing was no corruption? Where did he get the dollars with which he was bribing traditional rulers from? Lie has strength, but truth has endurance.”

Another concerned citizen who were privy of this information said, “It’s so unfortunate to hear a chief executive of a country claiming he is just knowing if corruption perpetrated under his administration after someone's else has taken over the office, which means he does not have a way of checking people he employed to work for him. Anyway, Law does not know ignorance he should be punished according to the law of the land. The issue on the loot should stand, because it will serve as a lesson those thinking in that direction.”
