I know with the GIS component attached to the website, some crude millions will sink into this website and the site speed will slower than Baba himself. I pray the site is mobile responsive and constantly updated by qualified tech-personnel and not civil servants, if not it will go down as one of those many milking contracts that do not see the light of day. About time a news about Kayode Fayemi's Ministry though ? |
I don't know but I see NTA more as a Northern TV station. If you want to get a feel of the North, just tune in! The Strong Kwaruption accent of their reporters ain't funny. They should upgrade though |
babaskool:ESQ if I am to get you correctly, One can have yearly tenancy in this instance and pay less than three months? |
nwolisar:The Landlords still hold the aces |
Nigerian Laws doesn't really make for good reading and understanding to be honest. They are not explicit and are always subject to interpretations and loopholes that lawyers can exploit and twist to their advantage. While a part of the law says things like either of the tenant/landlord shall not collect rent in excess of three months, another section 12 is ascribing time-bound tenants like monthly, half-yearly, and yearly tenants which pre-supposes that the payment schedule is actually at the discretion of the initial agreement entered by both parties. Infact, Landlords can easily spell out how they want their rents to be paid in an agreement and if a tenant append his signature to it, he is duty-bound to follow through with that. Lawyers can help explain that part better if I didn't just get it Anyways, Landlords still have the upper hand in my opinion |
Due to lack of consultation, our people lack the technical know-how to conduct cattle ranching because even if we accept to practice it, we lack the needed expertise.I have serious issues with this wack line of thought from these herdsmen. No innovation whatsoever from them, tells much about the archaic mindset of a typical cattle herdsman in Nigeria, they are not thinking beyond using the sticks and weird noise approach to cattle ranching. I'm very sure they will prefer open grazing to any other thing. The Miyetti guys have indicted themselves already. WTF has the association doing since it had been set up! |
Those guys coming for Timi Dakolo's head in this post sometimes surprises me. Can't you just see or read the joke behind the statement? Na wao |
Why can't they protest against the Chief in command. Asking for ABBA Kyari sack is asking for too much. Bubu is stubborn and not that smart to see any reason behind his removal. Babachir lawal sendforth is a case study |
Ok |
Another of those boring political stories that engages the youths in trivialities. If he doesn't attend.. why should we care? |
This is absolutely ridiculous and downright wicked. This is the most apparent anti-people government in the history of the country. After shooting up the fuel price, suffocating us with weak naira, Implementing a TSA programme that led to huge job losses in the banking sector, They are going ahead to tactically defraud people of their monies in the name of policy. There are provisions in the money laundering act that makes it possible to flag suspicious account for the forfeiture they seriously crave, not going through the back door to steal. they have not shown any slice of accountability for the glorified loots recovered so far, nobody has any concrete idea of the figures. This is daylight robbery garnished under a dangerous policy regulation. These are symptoms of a lazy government that cannot creatively innovate new revenue streams to shore up their greedy expenditures but always finding the easy way out to steal and some people are not smart enough to see the hidden intent behind this action. Nonsense!!! |
Another of those self-reflective occasions that is supposed to reset the brains of our youths towards politicians but NO, they sit their lazy bum behind keyboards to support the nitwits in power for crumbs. When are we really going to learn that they don't care about us? |
I don't know what these idiots take us for? Like who are you deceiving? |
They had a meeting at the Minister's instance and no report of some sort to the press. I can see the ChannelsTV Microphone there, or is this another of those PR stunts to launder their image. If he went there to lobby for a railway or something.. Shouldn't they just tell already instead of sunning their teeth for the cameras? |
Hope it works seamlessly without any hiccups! Nice innovation by the way |
All these bloggers sef.. You churn out a list with no exact specifics and you post some random pictures all to curry SEO. Ayam not understanding you guys sef |
My dear comrades, the battle and the job starts now.Just listen to a government official in Nigeria |
Am I the only one that just got bamboozled with the news? Feeling dizzy already, They intentionally spin these news to look more confusing to waterdown the emotions they originally would have caused. Oh my! The media is a major problem sef |
You can be rest assured this poor old mallam is in for a life imprisonment of some sort. He don't have the money to pay the premium defence lawyers to argue his case and to add insult to injury he is damn poor. Welcome to Nigeria once again www.nairaland.com/attachments/6166339_selfpity_jpeg84e72c29ec4d0f0edf7df871386d1790 |
omooba969:i know something...You be surprised ![]() |

One of those funny opinions you read everyday in the news that makes one to wonder whether those that share them thought them through first. |
Come to think of it, Coca-Cola reserves the right to invest anywhere they deem fit . Isn't it? |
Konji that would have been cured with 4k resulted in a death. And you still don't want to believe that Konji, poverty and anger are bastards ![]() |
Another judicial back and forth charade to keep us busy for the week |
I Haven't seen all my life a president that travels the way this incompetent fellow does! He is always quick and ever ready to climb up the jet provided it is outside the shores of the country. Is it that the country is uncomfortable or too hot for him to stay? For a President that haven't visited southern Nigeria three years into his administration helps confirm the sectional perception some of us have about him. Bottom line : He lacks even the most basic skillsets for leadership, How he become president is sickening! |
The way these LASEMA guys manage to take those professional well-lit and edited pictures even during emergency situations makes one to think they are staged somewhat. Get well Mr driver.. body no be firewood |
You left out two of the most important puns in this reinstatement chess game.. That is the Chief of Staff and the Minister of Justice. Those guys hold the balls of Buhari and can smack them anytime they deem fit |
Fine response from the PDP but there is still K-leg in the whole arrangement. PDP ain't better.. They are all and the same |
Another opportunity wasted by this Atiku guy. Thank God Nigerians are reading in between the lines whenever these politicians speak such |
This is another of those job advice again |
blackcoffee:Isn't this more confusing and deceiving? They are hosting a red carpet event for a flag-off! This is definitely for the gullibles! Why are people like this! Have Nigerians not learnt enough already? |
