My brother dat is wat am saying. The police and Nigeria Court appear unwilling or powerless to act against the Hisbah Court becos the North control all.

Now the Parents of the child can go to the Christian court to say our child was kidnapped, rape and held captive under the jurisdiction of Hisbah Court after her captors severely threaten, abused and coerced her into wearing hijab and saying islam.

We her parents are Christian, their are no muslim in our family, we want u to look into the matter and demand custody of our child since we neither gave consent or blessing 4 wateva they are doing to her.

The Christian court can demand custody of the child pending hearing of the case presented to the Court by the parents.

The Hisbah Court should not hold her saying her parent will kill her for converting, Christians are not muslim. Death is not a penalty for conversion of belief in Christianity, their is actually no penalty.

Besides, the Emir Palace or Hisbah court have no legal bases for being a place where the girl-child(children) is raped into islam.

Nobody should be raped into following any religion.

Howeva, to be safe, the Christian Court can hold her in their custody.

As soon as the christian court will is passed, the rejected Sharia bill will arise again and be passed, all in a bid for fairness. Then you will wake up o e morning in Enugu, Imo, Anambra, Oyo, Ogun, Lagos etc and see Sharia court buildings everywhere cos the constitution Now supports it.
That's when a mallam will prefer to take you to one instead of a secular court where justice is certain. Look at what Mohammad told his follows in the Quran. Read it carefully and tell me if you will be able to get justice in a Sharia court, unlike in a Christian court that will play by the rules.

A Christian Court in Abuja can call for the appearance of a Child or Person held by Muslim Islamic Court.

They can now challenge the Jurisdiction of the Islamic Court and even drag the Islamic Court to the Supreme Court.

The Emir palace is not the place for conversion of christian girl child to islam, children as young as 12 are raped in the Emir Palace in the name of conversion to Islam.

Something seriously need to be done to put an end to it. If this is the solution then i support it.

That is just it, they have not kept their Shjaria to the Muslim dominated North, they keep persecuting Christian girls according to their Sharia Standards.

Sharia cannot penetrate the South, particularly, SS/SE that are 99% Christians. It will find it difficult penetrating SW and Middlebelt with Christian Majority due to opposition. Sharia thrives in a Muslim Dominated NW/NE.

Let us face it, Nigeria is a country that practice religious laws. Cases will now be heard in both Islamic and Christian Court, particularly cases involving the abduction of Christian girls by Islamic Court.

Stop being a dumb and sleepy Christian.

This is a ploy to smuggle Sharia law into our constitution. If Christian court is approved, which will make the country amend it's constitution to accommodate such, then Sharia courts will spread from Islamic north to Christian south.

The awful part is that the christian court will be checkmated and persecuted to irrelevance in the north due to their intolerance, while Sharia court will thrive in the south due to Christian tolerance. This means that sharia will rule is in the christian south, while Christian court will be dead on arrival in the north.

It is the game plan of the Islamists. Have you wondered how the bill managed to scale 2nd reading with just the public getting to know of such Now?

Are u stupid? Where was this analogy wen the North introduced Sharia Islamic Court.

We will have a Christian court that will wield the same power as the Sharia Court at the same time.
