Christianity EtcRe: The Titles Of True Ministers (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 4:23pm On Feb 20, 2017
2. INTERPRETER
The minister of the gospel is also an interpreter. He is someone who is able to deliver the reconciliation made between God and man. I do not mean that he is the author of reconciliation; that is the Godhead alone. Nor is he the effecter of this reconciliation; that is the second person, Christ Jesus. Nor is he the assurer of it; that is the Holy Spirit. Nor is he the instrument of it; that is the good news of the gospel. But he is the interpreter of it.
First of all he is someone who can expound and explain the covenant of grace, and rightly lay down how this reconciliation is accomplished.
Secondly, he is someone who can properly and accurately apply the means for its outworking.
Thirdly, he is someone who has authority to proclaim and declare it when it is affected. In these three ways he is God's interpreter to the people.
But he is also the people's interpreter to God. He is able to speak to God on their behalf, to lay bare their need and vulnerability, to confess their sins, to pray for pardon and forgiveness, and to give thanks on their behalf for the mercies they have received. In a word, he can offer up for them all their spiritual sacrifices to God.
Every true minister is a dual interpreter: he is both God's interpreter to the people, and the people's to God. In these respects he is properly called God's mouth to the people (by preaching to them from God), and the people's mouth to God (by praying for them to God). This underlines what a great and glorious calling the ministry is, if it is rightly understood.
Christianity EtcThe Titles Of True Ministers (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op):
1. MESSENGER

The first title of a minister of God is 'messenger', or 'angel'. This is his title here as well as in other Scriptures: 'He is the messenger of the Lord of hosts' (Mal 2:7); in Revelation chapters 2 and 3 the ministers of the seven churches are called the angels of those churches. In one place a minister is an angel of God, and in the other place, the angel of the church, that is an angel, or messenger sent from God to his church.
Firstly for ministers themselves. These pages are addressed largely to those who are either prophets, or sons of the prophets. If you are a prophet, you are God's angel. If you are a son of the prophets you intend to be. You must understand your duty: prophets and ministers are angels; that is the very nature of their calling. Therefore you must preach God's Word, as God's Word, and deliver it just as you received it.
Angels, ambassadors and messengers do not carry their own message, but the message of the lords and masters who sent them. Similarly, ministers carry the message of the Lord of hosts, and are therefore bound to deliver it as the Lord's, not as their own.
The apostle Peter gives this exhortation: 'If anyone speaks, let him speak', not only the Word of God, but 'as the oracles of God' (1 Peter 4:11). God's Word must be spoken, and it must be spoken as God's Word. We must show our faithfulness to the Lord in sincerely discharging the message which he has honoured us to carry. God's Word is pure. It must therefore be purely studied and delivered. Let all those who are God's angels — and desire to be honoured as his angels and ambassadors — fulfil the responsibilities of God's angels, lest (as many men mar a good tale in the telling) they take away the power and majesty of God's Word in the way they deliver it.
Secondly, if ministers are God's angels they must preach God's Word in a way that expresses and demonstrates the Spirit of God; for the Spirit of God must speak through God's angel.
To preach in the demonstration of God's Spirit is to preach with such plainness, and yet with such power, that even the least intellectually gifted recognise that it is not man but God himself who is teaching them. Yet at the same time, the conscience of the mightiest may feel not man but God reproving them through the power of the Spirit. This is clear from Paul's words: 'But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or an uninformed person comes in, he is convinced by all, he is convicted by all. And thus the secrets of his heart are revealed; and so, falling down on his face, he will worship God and report that God is truly among you' (1 Cor 14:24,25).
Notice the plainness and the power of which these words speak (although one might think that these two things could hardly belong together).
Notice the plainness. Since even the uneducated person sees his faults revealed, it follows that he understands what is said; and if he can understand it, then it must be plain. Then, in addition, notice the power: his conscience is so convinced, his secret faults so unveiled, and his heart so ripped up that he says, 'Certainly God speaks in this man'.

4. DISAPPOINTMENT: The fourth obstacle to the journey of life is disappointment, which is promise and fail.
Disappointment is a circumstance in which a strongly held expectation is not met. When a person is always disappointment over things he/she needs to survive with, it can destroy such a person.
When disappointment is in the life of a person, such a person will always experience promise and fail.
Christianity EtcRe: The Four Obstacle To The Journey Of Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 7:29am On Dec 18, 2016
3. SICKNESS: The third obstacle of life journey is sickness. A sick person cannot do anything. Sickness is an obstacle of life that you are alive, you cannot eat, people will be taking decision for you, people are to tell you what to do, people will start controlling your life for you while you are alive.
Go to hospitals and see different kind of sickness you will know that malarial and typhoid fever are just made for children. Some people have been in the hospital for weeks, months, and even years, than you will thank God for the good health you are enjoying. An army officer that can run twenty kilometer at once, if sickness holds him nobody will tell him not to run. An army officer that can do hundred push up at a time if sickness hold him nobody will tell him to stop at 10.
When a person is sick and be taken to the hospital, a small boy can talk to the person the way he likes, because he is a medical doctor and you are at his mercy, but on a normal day he cannot even talk to you.
There are sicknesses that will hold a man, friends will run away, family will run away and at times spouse will reject you. There are some kinds of sickness that will hold you, wheelchair will reject you, and at times doctors will be tired and reject you. When a sickness is upon a person, such a person can become a medical doctor overnight, he/she can inject him/herself. When sickness holds a man he knows the names of drugs and their function. When sickness is upon a man he will have a pharmacy in his house. When a man is always sick friends and family will be meeting him to help them for prescription of drugs when they also fall sick, meaning such a man has turned to an emergency doctor.
Sickness is a bad obstacle to the journey of life, because it disconnects you from the enjoyment of life.
Christianity EtcRe: The Four Obstacle To The Journey Of Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 8:18am On Dec 16, 2016
2. POVERTY: The second obstacle to a person journey of life is poverty. When poverty holds a person beans cake and bread is the best food on earth while fried rice and chicken is a waste of money, when poverty holds a person painting of house is a waste of money, if poverty holds a person buying a shoe of #3,000 is a waste of money, when poverty holds a person touch light phone is the best phone on earth, when poverty holds a man suit of #15,000 is too expensive. If poverty is in a person life people know the next clothes the person will put on, because he has few clothes to wear.
Poverty is the state or quality of being poor or indigent, want or scarcity of means of existence. With the good help of poverty a man of 40 years can look older than a man of 60 years.
Poverty has make so many people useless in life, because of poverty so many people are written off or forgotten by friends, because of poverty the ideals you have to make it in life is useless, that is why in the bible God equals himself with money, because He as God knows the important of money to the world and the church.
The favour television you are watching and people all over the world are been blessed, the amount to put it on air for a month can build a story building. Going to revival it needs money to travel, rent hotels to stay. No matter how anointed a man of God is without money he cannot preach the word of God very well. No matter how intelligent you are as a person without money you cannot acquire education. No matter how good your business ideals are without money is a dead ideal. A poor man will tell you government schools are the best that private schools are just waste of money.
A man with money attract respect from people, with money a person can change his or her decision. Either you believe it or not money answers all things.
There is a saying, throw money to people and they will lose their memory over things.
Christianity EtcThe Four Obstacle To The Journey Of Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op):
In the journey of life, there are obstacles to the things we want to do or achieve as a person. There are things that will make a person powerless or useless in life. Obstacles are things that will impede or stand in our way to progress. Obstacles are things that can make one life bitter and sorrowful. Other words that can be used in place of obstacle are impediment, obstruction, hurdle, barrier etc

We will be talking about the four major obstacles to the journey of life, which is as follows:

1. DEATH: This is the first obstacle to a man journey in life, because with this your journey of life of going to the best school or sending your children to the best school will come to an end, nothing can be done about you again. There is a popular saying that it is only the living that has hope of tomorrow. When death touches a man that is the end of such a man. The chapter of such a man will be closed forever.
Death can be said to be the cessation of life or the end of existence of a person. There is a popular saying that the most fertile land, cool place, intelligent place to be on earth is the cemetery. I came to believe it because people with brains to change the world, people that are supposed to be leaders, presidents, governors, legislators, captains of industries, investors died with their God given gift and goes to the grave like that, that is why you see witches, occult men/women going to the cemetery to hold their meeting and to acquire more power, that is the reason why you always hear big witch doctors are using the head of dead people to do charms and grow more in occult power. The Muslim also goes to the cemetery to prayer.
The dead of a man terminate the good dreams and ideals of such a man on earth.
CareerRe: The Ten Major Causes Of Failure In Leadership. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 6:32am On Sep 15, 2016
9. Emphasis of the “authority” of leadership. The efficient leader leads by encouraging and not by trying to instill fear in the hearts of his followers. The leader who tries to impress his followers with “authority” comes within the category of leadership through force. If a leader is a real leader, he will have no need to advertise that fact except by his conduct- his sympathy, understanding, fairness, and a demonstration that he knows his job.

10. Emphasis of title. The competent leader requires no “title” to give him the respect of his followers. The man who makes too much over his title generally has title else to emphasize. The door to the office of a real leader is open to all who wish to enter, and his working quarters are free from formality or ostentation.
CareerRe: The Ten Major Causes Of Failure In Leadership. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 10:05pm On Sep 14, 2016
7. Intemperance. Followers do not respect an intemperate leader. Moreover intemperance in any of its various forms destroys the endurance and the vitality of all who indulge in it.

8. Disloyalty. The leader who is not loyal to his trust, and to his associates, those above him, and those below him, cannot long maintain his leadership. Disloyalty marks one as being less than the dust of the earth, and brings down on one’s head the contempt he deserve. Lack of loyalty is one of the major causes of failure in every walk of life.
CareerRe: The Ten Major Causes Of Failure In Leadership. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 4:26pm On Sep 14, 2016
5. Lack of imagination. Without imagination, the leader is incapable of meeting emergencies, and of creating plans by which to guide his followers efficiently.

6. Selfishness. The leader who claims all the honor for the work of his followers by resentment. The really great leader clams none of the honors. He is contented to see the honors, when there are any, go to his followers, because he knows that most men will work hard for commendation and recognition than they will for money alone.
CareerRe: The Ten Major Causes Of Failure In Leadership. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 3:16pm On Sep 14, 2016
3. Expectation of pay for what they “know” instead of what they do with that which they know. The world does not pay men for that which they “know”. It pays them for what they do, or induce others to do.

4. Fear of competition from followers. The leader who fears that one of his followers may take his position is practically sure to realize that fear sooner of later. The able leader trains understudies to whom he may delegate, at will, any of the details of his position. Only in this way may a leader multiply himself and prepare himself to be at many places, and give attention to many things at one time. it is an eternal truth that men receive more pay for their ability to get others to perform, than they could possibly earn by their own efforts.
CareerThe Ten Major Causes Of Failure In Leadership. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op):
let take a look at the major causes of failure in leadership.

1. Inability to organize details. Efficient leadership calls for ability to organize and master details. No genuine leader is over “too busy” to do anything which may be required of him in his capacity as a leader. When a man, whether he is a leader or a follower, admits that he is “too busy” to change his plans, or to give attention to any emergency, he admits his inefficiency. The successful leader must be a master of all details connected with his position. That means, of course, that he must acquire the habit of relegating details to capable lieutenants.

2. Unwillingness to render humble service. Truly great leaders are willing, when occasion demands to perform any sort of labor which they would ask another to perform. “The greatest among ye shall be the servant of all” is a truth which all able leaders observe and respect.

Christianity EtcMajor Causes Of Failure In Life (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op):
In life when one fails we attribute it to laziness on the part of the person, at times it may be true or not. There are some things we can not overcome on our own aspect by the helping hand of God. when you succeed don't take it as if you are too good, it is just an opportunity you have and all praise should be giving to God not to yourself and not to look down on people that fail. i will be dropping some major causes of failure one by one.

1. Unfavorable hereditary background. There is but little, if anything which can be done for people who are born with deficiency in brain power. This philosophy offers but one method of bridging this weakness-through the aid of the Master Mind. Observe one causes of failure which may not be easily corrected by any individual.

2. Lack of a well-defined purpose in life. There is no hope of success for the person who does not have a central purpose, or definite goal at which to aim.

3. Insufficient education. This is a handicap which may be overcome with comparative ease. Experience has proven that the best educated people are often those who are know as “self made” or self educated. It takes more than a collage degree to make one a person of education. any person who is educated is one who has learned to get whatever he want in life without violating the right of others. Education consists, not so much of knowledge, but of knowledge effectively and persistently applied. Men are paid, not merely for what they know, but more particularly for what they do with that which they know.

CareerRe: ASSET AND LIABILITY (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 8:15am On Jul 30, 2016
As a bachelor or a married couple, you need to know the difference between Asset and Liability, how to acquire Asset not Liability, and how to manage your Asset to grow. The first Asset you must acquire is land and houses, because it saves you money to be paying house rent every year and if you have houses on rent the money from there can be use to meet other financial obligations and that gives you rest of mind. One other Asset is by buying shares in good companies that are listed on the stock exchange after getting advices from professional, the money you will use to buy a second car can be use to buy shares. You can still go into business with other people as a partner that is your money is working for you. They are so many Assets we can get and increase our income column.
Your Asset can only grow the more you buy shares in companies, goes into legal business or partnership with people and with time you see yourself in wealth. Wealth is the ability to stop working and you can still survive many days, weeks, months, and years to come. There is a saying that “you don’t jump into wealth, you grow into wealth”. Wealth comes from Asset, and wealth does not come at once, it comes little by little. Wealth grows in your hand.
The only way you can manage your Asset to grow is to be financial literate. Financial literate is different from be a degree holder, masters holder or PhD holder. Financial literate makes you know income and expenditure, numbers and the difference between Asset and Liability and the way to grow your Asset.
The big names you hear today in the world of wealth some started 20 years ago, some 30 years ago, Etc. the question now is have you started at all.
CareerASSET AND LIABILITY (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op):
Asset to a layman on the street is to acquire properties, cars Etc, and asset to a business man is to acquire properties that can be another source of income.
A man that knows what he is doing will not have more than two cars at home for a start, a man that knows what he want to achieve in life will not go and rent a house of 1.5 million whole he can still see the same house at a lesser amount in another place.
Asset is another source of income, it does not take money from you, and rather it increases your income column. An average man does not know the difference between Asset and Liability. We can simply say Asset makes your income column grows while Liability makes your expenditure column grow.
A bachelor can stay in one bedroom flat and uses the remaining money he can use to rent two bedroom flat to start something that can be another source of income for him. These days you see a young man who is lucky to get a good job, renting a two bedroom flat and buying a car of two million and living expensive life on loan in other just to show up among friends and family.
The problem with an average African man is not the western world rather the problem is with us as an individual or as a country. The problem is that an average man in African can not tell you the difference between Asset and Liability even the educated ones are not left out. An average African man want to buy any new electrical gadget that comes up at any time, even the ones he has is still new and in fashion.
Asset can be of any thing that is of value that after some time you can still sale it in higher price. Do you think that that expensive car, shoes, wristwatches, clothes Etc, you bought yesterday will increase? Rather it will decrease by the second you bought those things. The expensive cars you see most people are using in African, Range Rover Ferrari Sport Utility vehicles (SUVs) Etc, how many people are using it in western world where it is be produced? In western world you hardly see a man with more than a car or two, but in African, a man in a rented house is having more than two cars, house rent is there to pay, children school fees is there to pay, feeding is there, his family is there for him to support, and most importantly he will love to live high standard life that will put him in debt and all that can lead to early death.
Christianity EtcRe: Six Ways To Know God Will For Your Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 9:14pm On Jul 25, 2016
6. BE A THANKFUL PERSON (1 THESSALONIAN 5: 18)

The sixth prerequisite to finding the will of God is having a mental attitude of thankfulness. “The scripture tells us, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you”. (1Thess 5:18 NKJV) in other places, scripture teaches us to “rejoice ever more.” “Pray with thanksgiving” and “be thankful.” But this verse from 1Thessalonians specifically links thanksgiving to the will of God.
By nature, none of us is thankful. But when we walk in the spirit we’ll respond with a thankful attitude. When we gripe or chafe, we are not in the will of God. It’s easier for God to lead us to His specific will when we possess a thanksgiving attitude.
Christianity EtcRe: Six Ways To Know God Will For Your Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 6:50pm On Jul 23, 2016
5. OBEY LEGIMATE AUTHORITY (1 PETER 2:13-15)

The fifty prerequisite to finding God’s will is to submit to those in authority over you. The apostle Peter puts it this way: “Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake, whether to the king or supreme or to governors as to those who are sent by Him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. For this is the will of God that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men” (1 PETER 2:13-15 NKJV)
God’s will calls for Christians to be obedient to government authorities; laws, even employers, as long as their requirements don’t cause us to violate the higher law of God. Throughout history, Christians have been tempted to violate the law to accomplish something “good” but this is forbidden, for it hinders our Christian witness. If we disobey a duly constituted authority, we have violated God’s will.
That does not mean that God approves the laws of all governments. In fact, historically, most governments have been evil and hurtful to people. Christians should be examples to other people in obeying the law. We should serve as models in the way we pay our taxes, drive our cars, settle our indebtedness and respect the rights of others. If government passes laws that we don’t agree with, we have the liberty to work to change them. And we should. In the meantime unless the laws force us to disobey one of God laws, we should obey them.
Take the subject of abortion in America, which was legalized in 1973. Just because a majority of the Supreme Court voted to legalize the murder of the unborn, we shouldn’t feel compelled to agree with or participate in it decision. Doctors and nurses have been known to refuse to perform abortions because they appealed to a higher law: “You shall not murder” (Ex. 20: 13).

4. LIVE A SANCTIFIED (HOLY) LIFE (1 Thessalonians 4:3-6)

The fourth prerequisite to finding the will of God is living a sanctified life. Paul defines what this sanctified life should be like in his letter to the Thessalonians:

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter (1 Thess. 4:3-6a NKJV)
When we don’t live a holy life, we are completely out of His will. Sanctification isn’t some special holy life God has reserved for super saints; it’s His will for all believers. For that reason, let’s take a look at just two out of the three characteristics of that a holy or sanctified life, as Paul outlined it in first Thessalonians 4:3-6.

ABSTAIN FROM SEXUAL IMMORALITY.

Next to self-preservation, sex is the most powerful force in life. It’s not an inherently evil drive, for through it God wants us to propagate the race. But He want us to control our sex drive-not let it control us.
Don’t be surprised if sexual temptation becomes your biggest problem in living the Christian life. It always has been. That’s why the apostle Paul, in his catalog of eighteen sins in (Galatians 5: 19-21) list four sexual sins.
If sexual temptation was awesome in the first century, just think what is today. Our humanistic culture is saturated with sexual immorality, as reflected in advertising, sex-education classes without moral values, and government-sponsored “safe sex” campaigns that encourage fornication if it’s done with proper precaution against disease.
In the will of God, sex can be the most beautiful and satisfying of all life’s experiences. God’s provision for sexual expression, however, is only within the confines of marriage. If you take time to study the Bible’s view of sexual involvement, you will find that every time the Bible refers to sex in marriage, it is good and holy; each time sexual expression is mentioned out of marriage, it is condemned or forbidden.

DEAL HONESTLT WITH OTHERS

Within all human beings lies the temptation to take advantage of or defraud other people. We’ve all been tempted to cheat or lie to gain advantage over someone else. But the Christians should be different. We are our brother’s keeper. Instead of being takers, we should be givers. If telling the truth will cost us money in a business deal, we should be willing to pay it, just because we are honest. It’s ludicrous to lie or cheat, then piously ask God to help us find His will for our life. He demands that we tell the truth, that we show concerned for other people. That’s part of our sanctification.
Christianity EtcRe: Six Ways To Know God Will For Your Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 9:52pm On Jul 21, 2016
3. LOVE GOD AND SURRENDER TO HIS WILL (MATHEW 22:23)

The third prerequisite to finding God’s will is to surrender to Him even before you know His will. The first commandment according to our Lord, is that you “love the lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind” (Mathew 22:23). Such comprehensive love for God naturally results in total submission.
That surrender was clearly described in the words of the apostle Paul “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Rom 12:1-2 NKJV). All mortals have serious problem of submitting their will to God’s will. He knows we are all rebellious by nature, which is why we have difficulty loving Him to the point of surrendering our bodies and minds to Him. Such surrender begins with the will.
What do great men and women in the bible have in common? Their love for God caused them to surrender to His will for their life, and their success can be measured in different proportion to their surrender. For confirmation of that fact, read the biographies of Noah, Abraham, Moses, Hannah, Esther, Elijah, David, Daniel- the list is endless. It continues into the New Testament with Virgin Mary, Peter, John, Paul, and many others, then marches throughout two thousand years of church history with Wycliffe, Knox, Moody, Finney, Gosforth, and millions more.
Study the following two verses in which God promises to reveal His will. Notice that these promises presuppose that the person seeking God’s will is already committed to doing it.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will guide you with My eye. (Ps 32:8 NKJV)

Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying,
"This is the way, walk in it,"
Whenever you turn to the right hand
Or whenever you turn to the left. (Isa 30:21 NKJV)

Personally, I doubt God gives such guidance to Christians whom He knows will not heed His voice. If you really want to know God’s will, surrender to Him before He reveals it.
You can surrender gladly to God’s will because you can trust that his will is good. Because He is a loving heavenly Father, you never need to worry about His design for your life. He certainly will direct your life more successfully than you can.
Christianity EtcRe: Six Ways To Know God Will For Your Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 10:54am On Jul 20, 2016
2. BE CONTROLED BY HIS WORD AND SPIRIT (Eph 5:I8-2I; Colo 3:I6-I7)

The second prerequisite to finding GOD’s will is that we “walk in the spirit” (Gal. 5:I6 NKJV), meaning we should live in the control of His spirit. Paul warned the Ephesians Christians, “Do not be unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the spirit” (Eph. 5:I7-I8 NKJV)
Although this may be the Bible’s most important command to Christians, it is often the least obeyed. Verse I7 warns that the Christians who doesn’t walk in the spirit or isn’t filled with the Spirit are “unwise.” Many Christians view being filled with the Spirit as optional. Some who sincerely try to find the will of God fail to realize that they must first be filled with the Spirit. Identifying God’s specific will in a given situation requires being sensitive to the leading of His Spirit.
Christianity EtcSix Ways To Know God Will For Your Life. (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op):
WAYS TO KNOW GOD WILL FOR YOUR LIFE
1. SALVATION

The first prerequisite to finding God’s will is salvation. If you aren’t saved by being born again through faith in His son and the finished work on the cross, then it’s hopeless to try to find the will of god. Please settle that matter before you proceed.
It’s important for you to burn this concept into your mind, not only to guarantee at the outset that you are one of his children, but also to assure yourself that God does have a will for your life. If He want you to be saved-and He does- then He obviously has designed a plan for your life- and believe me, it’s a good one. 2 Peter 3:9 “the Lord is not …..Willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” (NKJV).
CareerRe: Planning (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 9:48pm On Jul 19, 2016
Anything good you see around you comes out of a plan that a person, organization or nation set down to achieve. A television stand is better than a man without a plan. They are people who don’t have plan in life, since they graduated, they don’t care to either go for masters or go for professional courses; the people we see today that have made it in life is an act of planning.
Planning alone will not make one to be successful but the determination to follow the set down plan and to take actions on it. Do you know every human being on earth is a planner? But a few can put actions into it, putting actions into your plan makes you a successful individual. Actions is what separate men from boys, soldiers from civilian. Nothing on earth has even been achieved with out planning and putting actions into it in other to achieve your set down goals.
The end product of planning is success, in other words to be successful you must plan and put action into it.
CareerRe: Planning (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op): 4:22pm On Jul 16, 2016
Planning is a set of intended actions, through which one can expect to achieve a goal. It may surprise you to know there are some people who don’t have plan or set of actions for their life. They live each day as it comes.
In order to succeed in life or move to the level you want, you must have a set down action you must achieve every week, month or year. A man that want to loss weight that continue eating junk food each day with out exercise, no magic will help such a person to loss weight at all rather he will increase in weight. That is what happens to us when we don’t have plans to act upon.
No country, no business organization, no man or woman can succeed without short term or long term planning or goals to achieve. Take a building for example, the engineer knows to have a good structure on ground, you must follow the plan of the house at all costs, if not so the building will not be in good shape and will not last the test of time. As an individual do you have a set down goal you want to achieve for the month, year or long term goal you can achieve with in a period of five year or more?

CareerPlanning (Lucky Douglas Atafo) by ojeland(op):
The word planning is a word that one can not do without in the day to day activity of our life. In the world today countries plan all they wish to do in a period of time. Companies plan what they will do in a year. Nobody or country can do with out planning. A woman that don’t know anything about education plan her home vey well, that is why you can see a married woman can take her child to school in the morning, goes to the market, wash the family clothes, cook for the family and still have time for herself for the day. Another woman can not do that in a day, she will see all that as a stress.

VILLAGER 1: Let us go to our village head and let’s know what is happening to our food and other materials sent to us by the governor since oil has destroyed everything that we had.
{In the palace of the village head 2}
VILLAGE HEAD 2: My people, what the governor sent to us was not given to me. It was given to the king to give to us. Until now, he has not given me anything.
VILLAGER 2: We believe you because you have been helping us in this village. Let’s all march to the king’s palace.
[On their way to the king’s palace. They meet the king’s son}
VILLAGER 3: This is the first son of the king in this fine and expensive car with a driver.
VILLAGER 4: Let’s beat his son! look at what the father did. Because of this fake drugs, I am very sick.
{The driver in the palace with the king and the queen}
KING: Where is my son?

All the money I have got I have not spent up to 10% of it; what a foolish part I have taken in life. God in heaven, save me.
{Ten minutes later, the villagers in the palace}

SCENE 13
{At the king’s palace with village head 2}
VILLAGE HEAD 2: Good morning my king.
KING: Morning and how are you doing?
VILLAGE HEAD 2: Fine! I have come in respect of the demand we made to the governor to help us with reliefe materials due to the oil spillage in my village.
KING: I have done that and those are the materials he said he could give to us for now. That ,we should manage it for sometime.
VILLAGE HEAD 2: These materials are not up to what he sent to us. This is just 20% of the total materials he sent to us.
KING: What are you saying? and where did you hear that?
VILLAGE HEAD 2: I saw when the materials were coming into the town. There were up to 10 trucks that brought in the materials, and this is not up to two trucks.
The people you sold them to later informed me of how much you sold the materials to them, and for that I am not taking anything from you.
KING: You are not serious; go to hell and collect the materials for your village.
VILLAGE HEAD 2: Thanks for the insult, but remember that I am your elder.
A proverb says: “a king that allows injustice to take place, what follows next is disaster”.
My king, anything you see next, you just have to take it that way.
{He leaves the palace in a sad mood}
KING: All these uneducated village heads that don’t want me to get rich quickly and at the same time enjoy my throne……………….
I hope I am not making mistake or am I going too fast in other to make money quick? But no problem, nobody can harm me and if the governor should hear about it, there is nothing he will do about it. He respects me a lot. It is just a matter of talking and everything will be over. He cannot arrest me!
The elites in my kingdom are beginning to talk bad against me; first of all, that retired permanent secretary will be put in prison to show the rest my level of power; followed by that retired principal that thinks he can write. I will start from there before the rest.
{He sits on the throne and the light goes off}
