‎1. SALVATION: Salvation simple means to be saved. The only way to be saved is through accepting Jesus as Lord and personal saviour. Accepting Jesus means to hate what God hate and love what God love. Acts 4:12 "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved"

‎2. KNOW THE KIND OF DEMONIC TAX: One must take time and study the kind of demonic tax operating in their life and family. This is important to enable one to be focused in dealing with it and to easily get deliverance. Matthew 6:22 "The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light"

‎3. DECLARE VIOLENT PRAYER AND FASTING: One must declare a period of prayer and fasting against the demonic tax they are going through. Matthew 11:12 "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force"

‎4. FAITH: One must have the inner assurance that as they start the prayer and fasting that they have already gotten their deliverance. Matthew 21:22 "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive"

‎5. SACRIFICE: This is what you desire to give from your heart to God without be asked. This also goes a long way to work during prayer and fasting because most demonic tax comes with sacrifice.

DEMONIC TAX.

Colo 2:14 "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross"

The word tax simply means a charge against a citizen, property or activity for the support of government. In other word demonic tax is any good thing the devil must take away from a person, family or business, career etc in which the person must give either they like it or not because it is out of their control. Demonic tax is usually without the permission and notice of the person.
Payment of demonic tax cannot be stop by name, position, education, exposure or connection but only through the power of God.

Let look at some examples of demonic tax.
✓ In a family whereby everyone must lost a child or their first marriage.
✓ In a family whereby everyone cannot make till old age or in old age they will be poor.
✓ In a family whereby they must be a mental disorder member in each generation.
✓ In a family whereby anyone that is doing well does not live long.
✓ In a family whereby everyone must return to the village to stay even in young age.
✓ In a family whereby before succeeding, they must experience a major setback, failure etc
✓ In a family whereby almost everyone must be experiencing a particular sickness.
✓ In a family whereby one among all the children will be a thorn to the family.
✓ In a family whereby people die in the family every two or three years.
✓ In a family whereby barrenness is associated with a person in each generation.

Most people are know by the demonic tax in their family and they (Families) take demonic tax has a normal thing.

The good news is that you are not under any law to pay any form of demonic tax because Jesus has paid it for us through His death on the cross and His blood which has given you the seal of exemption.

By the Power in the blood of Jesus, you are free from the burden of demonic tax in Jesus name.

The election in Edo state will look funny and the results will somehow surprise people.
The truth of the matter is that labour party miss calculated by given their ticket to Edo south thinking that is their base, may while the ticket was bought with cash.
The population of Edo north and central is much in Edo south and that will change the vote expected.
An average Edo central person will not vote for labour party, their vote will be divided among apc and pdp, but mostly apc because the candidate is know than the pdp candidate.
The Edo north either in Edo north or south will vote mostly for apc not pdp because the root of apc in Edo north is very strong and knowing that the next governorship will come to Edo north.
Another big mistake of labour party is the inability to bring together those that lost the primary election and most of they are either in pdp or apc with their followers but still just shouting labour party. Pdp and apc were able to bring all of them together.
Everyone talking about labour party, how many of them will vote for labour party?
In all God should give us the right person to move Edo state forward.

As a pastor, you must know the different type of church members God has given you and how to relate with them, in other to make pastoral work more easier.

Let take a look at different type of church members.

1. Those that attend all church activities.
2. Those that comes to church only on Sundays.
3. Those that attend other church on Sunday before coming to your church service.
4. Those in church just to get help from people.
5. Those in Church that don't contribute to anything in the church.
6. Those that don't associate with their pastor outside the church.
7. Those that feel that they are older than their pastor.
8. Those that always make noise in the church during service.
9. Those that have decided not to give the pastor anything.
10. Those that feel that they are the founding members.
11. Those that always walk around in the church.
12. Those that encourage others to disobey the pastor.
13. Those that always have information to give to the pastor after service.
14. Those that feel nobody is up to their level in the church.
15. Those that stop coming to church when they have misunderstanding with a fellow church members.
16. Those that always comes to church late.
17. Those that feel that the pastor must consult them for anything in the church.
18. Those that don't greet the pastor.
19. Those that have never enter into the pastor office.
20 Those that use the pastor name to do things without the knowledge of the pastor.

The empty church is the kind of church where people Spiritual life are reduced to nothing. It can also be said to be the kind of church that does not have heavenly backing. This is the kind of church where people life are getting worse instant of getting better.

The empty church is caused by three reasons. First is when the pastor is empty Spiritual. Second is when the pastor is involve in occultist. Third is when the pastor has diverted from his line of calling.


The empty church can be know with the following points.

1. When the pastor preaches against people not against sin.
2. When the pastor preaches more of prosperity than salvation.
3. When the pastor talks about himself than God.
4. When the pastor places money on everything in the church.
5. When the life of the pastor is more of carnality.
6. When the church does not discipline those that are living in sin.
7. When there is no raw testimony to prove the presence of God.
8. When the church does not have prayer team or base.
9. When the pastor of the church believe in big names and titles than Anointing.
10. Empty church do programs to make money not to win souls into the kingdom of God.

The end product of every empty church is to produce empty people that are suffering in all aspects of life and also to miss heaven on the last day.

Father Fill Your Church With Your Power.

Every christian should return back to the foundation of Christ which is Holiness, because without it nothing works in the kingdom. Without Holiness there is no connection between man and God and there is nothing that can be done about it. Psa 11:3.
Most challenge of christians today is because the foundation is broken through sin, most times through secret sins. it is secret sins that holds people down.
There is inward and outward righteousness. Inward righteousness is that which is gotten from having a personal relationship with God and it is invisible to people. Outward righteousness is what is visible to people due to one relationship with Christ. Inward righteousness translate and sustain the outward righteousness. Without inward righteousness, outward righteousness does not last.
The message and practice of righteousness (Holiness) is important, compulsory, necessary and needful. On the last day there is no excuse for not living a righteous life.
The absence of righteousness makes one to miss heaven and most times not having answers to prayers.
Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

Isaiah 59:1-2 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

One must pray at all time for the garment of righteousness.

Receive The Grace To Live A Holy Life In The Name Of Jesus

Finance is very important in everything on earth and marriage is not left out. Good or bad management of finance has its impact on a marriage.

Let look at some of the aspect of finance in marriage.

1. Good Mindset: The flow of finance in a family start from a good mindset that nobody is claiming ownership of the money, no matter who is bringing it. "it should be our money not my money"

2. Multiple Sources Of Income: In a marriage one source of income cannot sustain a family. Expenses in marriage increases with time when the desire to have a bigger house, children school fees, feeding etc. What about the only source of income got close?. It is good and wise that the family have more than one source of income to safeguard any lost of income.

3. Savings Account: This is a most for every family to have something for the raining days. This can easily be done when the couple decide what percentage of their income that needs to be saved on each amount of money that comes to them or at the end of the month.

4. No Personal Project: None of the couple should be running a project that involves money without informing each other.

5. Joint Financial Decision: The couple must come together to take a financial decision because it will bind on both of them.

6. Emergency Account: This is the amount of money kept to meet unseen event. sickness, repairs of cars, financial help to in-laws, etc.

God help us to manage our finances in our marriage in Jesus name.

DIFFERENT BETWEEN THEN AND NOW IN THE CHURCH

1. Then preaching starts with holiness and end with holiness but now preaching start with prosperity and end with seed sowing.
2. Then when looking for a wife you go to church, but now when looking for one night stand lady you go to church.
3. Then people pray with tears and focus on God but now people pray laughing and focus on the pastor.
4. Then people give to the Glory of God but now people give to their own glory.
5. Then the title of men of God were pastor, the most is Reverend that is after spending many years in ministry with white hair over your head but now you hear names like senior apostle, senior prophet, Rev Evangelist, bishop, bishop Dr, etc.
6. Then church makes us to live like brothers and sisters but now church is making us to live like cat and rat.
7. Then we support each other to grow in church but now you are praying for another to fall to take over their position.
8. Then spirituality was used to obtain position but now wealth is used to obtain position in the church.
9. Then prophecy and vision was not common but any one that comes was real but now vision and prophecy is common and don't know which one is real.
10. Then pastors don't care about material things but winning souls to God but now some pastors care is on material things.
11. Then church is a place where your spiritual life is change for good but now it is only your physical life that will be change in the form of makeup,.
12. Then decent dressing is found in church but now church has turn to a fashion house for worldly dress.

In all we still have the saints in the church.

WHAT CAN SAVE YOU?

Scientist are busy inventing things to save the world and man from destruction, the more death and destruction is be experienced. The world is full of power of death and destruction. The big question is what can save you?
Money cannot save, that is why most people with money still get killed, are barren, are lonely, etc. Most people with good health just drop death, most people with new car still die through accident, most people goes to the best hospital in the world and are still sick.
The question still remain, who can save you from sickness, failure, loneliness, family curse, setback, death, limitation disappointment, accident, barrenness, poverty, hardship, etc?. The simple answer is JESUS. You can only be saved by accepting Jesus as Lord and personal Saviour. In Jesus there is rest. Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

REPENT

Matthew 3:2 "And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand"

The word Repent means turning away from every form of sin. Repent to most people is the ability to turn away from one sin to another, some people will turn from the sin of lying to the sin of stealing which means the person is still in the cycle of sin instead of breaking away from the cycle of sin. The person that has stop stealing but encourages people to steal is still in the cycle of sin.

Most people are always offended whenever they are told to repent which is the work of the devil that will lead to destruction. Luke 13:5 "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish'

The word Repent started from John the Baptist and followed by Jesus and the Apostles. (Matt 3:2, 4:17, Acts 19:4) and handed over to the preachers of this present day to continue the message of repentance.

Repentance starts by taking a decision to repent and seeking the Grace to remain so through the altar of prayer, fasting and discipline.

Repentance is what exempt one from the suffering of the last day and enable one to see the Lord.

Know That Repentance is a most, important, necessary and compulsory.

Receive the Grace to repent and remain repented in the name of Jesus.

Let the word of God be blessed in our heart in Jesus name.

To succeed in our christian walk to meet with God on the last day, we must know that Jesus is the way to God. John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me"
One should know that no church or pastor is the way to God. The good news is that no pastor no matter how powerful or church no matter how big has their own heaven. The church and pastors are the pointer to the way which is Jesus.
One must start following churches and pastors that are pointing people to Jesus and leave those that are pointing people to hell. 1 Corinthians 11:1 "Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ"

PASTORS THAT LACK TRAINING.

Everything in life, training is very important even in ministry. Lack of training in ministry leads to error from the pulpit.Elisha was trained by Elijah. The apostles were trained by Jesus. Training leads to success by avoiding pit hole's in ministry. Pastors must be trained spiritual and physically. Spiritual training talks about the ability to hear from God, grow in Faith, knowing when to pray at the right time, ability to have revelational knowledge, spirit of discernment, ability to demonstrate God power through the Holy Spirit, etc. Physical training include the ability to manage time and people, ability to dress and talk properly, etc.

Most pastors did not go to Bible school, some left choir, prayer band, ushering to start church. It is lack of training that makes a pastor to be fighting with church members, it is lack of training that makes a pastor to be having police and court case with church members. It is lack of training that makes a pastor to go to Sunday service late without any good reasons. It is lack of training that makes a pastor not to think about soul winning. It is lack of training that makes a pastor not to care about the well being of the church members. Etc.

I decree upon your life and family, pastors that are not trained will not come your way in Jesus name.

The training of a child is very important and most parents are doing their best. The issue is that parents are only focusing on educational and physical training and neglecting the important aspect of training which is the spiritual.
Educational training is whereby a child is empowered to acquired knowledge. Physical training is a means whereby a child is required to acquired skills. Spiritual training is a means whereby a child is required to have a personal relationship and connection with God. The good part of it all is that spiritual training is more cheaper compared to educational and physical training.
With spiritual training a child is positioned to known when things are getting wrong and they can be in control of the situation with the help of God without the involvement of their parents. With spiritual training as kids, when they become adult, they cannot go into stealing, rituals, kidnapping etc.
As a parents you must known that it is what you have, you can give to your children, meaning you must have spiritual training before planning of giving it to your children, and know that the spiritual controls the physical.

HOW CAN I GIVE MY CHILDREN SPIRITUAL TRAINING?

1. One must attend a good and teaching church where children are be taught.
2. The family must have a regular and stable praying time at night and morning. Involve fasting once a while.
3. Children that can read must be encouraged to read and study the Bible the same way they read and study their books.
4. Opportunities must be given to the children to lead in prayers, praise, the word and also ask questions.
5. As a parents, take time to teach your children topic like prayer and fasting, salvation, purity, sin, love, giving, forgiveness, contentment, respect, kingdom advancement endeavors, etc.

Let The Word of God be Blessed In Our Heart.

2023 ELECTION AS A CHRISTIAN.

Politics is what controls every other system of a nation, that is the main reason every one must get involved in politics mostly through voting.
As a Christian; in this coming election you must vote a Christian because a Muslim cannot protect the right of Christians, as seen in this few years of a Muslim president whereby Christians are be killed not only on the street even in the churches.

The plan to islamize Nigeria is no longer hidden that is why the two main political parties gave their tickets to Muslim condidates to either win in any way, but God is merciful to the Christians by giving us a good christian condidate without any form of corruption case and he is the best condidate among the three in terms of education, integrity, past records as a leader, etc.

The 2023 election is needed by Christians to prove that we are united and focus. If we don't use this opportunity to secure our faith, it means we are not one as a Christian. Forget about the name of your church and join hands to project our own christian condidate.

They are talking about structure, it is people that make the structure. As christian, let start making our structure before the election date.

As a Christian start the mobilization of your family, church members etc to get their PVC and vote. it is not only about voting but staying till the vote is counted and transmitted to the server.

The issue with church growth is not about people coming but retaining those that are coming. This has lead some ministers to do unspeakable things. Some said prophecy retained members but in my years of ministry, I have never see a prophetic church that can boast of having 20,000 members every Sunday for a year. I have see non prophetic church that has 50,000 members for every Sunday for a year and still increasing. Some said, make the church beautiful, most beautiful churches are still empty.The question is how are members retained in a church? The answers is signs and Wonder through the Holy Spirit. Signs and Wonder through the Holy Spirit talks about positive change of story in the life of the church members. People that are jobless got job, barren becomes fruitful, the sick are healed, tenants becoming landlord, family curses are broken,etc.

MEANS OF SIGNS AND WONDER THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT. Heb 2:I.

RIGHTEOUSNESS: The church that does not preach against sin and call for repentance cannot have the dwelling of the Holy Spirit. All the ministers in a church must live righteous before it can flow to the church members. The ability to live righteous is the ability to enjoy signs and Wonder.

ii. THE WORD: The word has the ability to heal all kinds of sickness and deliver from any form of destruction. (Ps107:20). Preaching the word of God with revelation is what carry power.This days there are ministers that preach to entertain, with time people will stop coming to the church because they have other church that can entertain them. Preaching with revelation is the ability to speak to people heart that is speaking solution to their problems., it can only happen through the help of the Holy Spirit that knows people heart.

iii. PRAYER: When we talk about prayer in the church, it is not by copying prayer points to use in the church. You must be given prayer points to write down by the Holy Spirit or when it get to the time of prayer, the Holy Spirit will minister prayer points to you that will speak solution to the challenges of people in the church because the Holy Spirit knows every members challenge. The ministers and all department must maintain a level of constant prayer to be on fire and also put the church on fire spiritual.When there is signs and wonders, members will stay and the acts of signs and wonder will attract people to come to church.

You don't just run into marriage without knowing the other person in detail, you need to know your spouse to be in detail not what your partner or people are telling you that you use as your final decision to move into the level of marriage.
You need to know your partner family history, what is happening to their wives or husband, do they have any form of deformity in their family, do they have a child before meeting you, were they once married, what is the source of their income, accommodation, relationship with family members, does he or she has history of violence, will they need the attention of their spouse always, do he or she has a terminal disease, what kind of food do my partner like, do he or she has a caring attitude, what is people saying mostly about him or her, what is their spiritual level, please know that spiritual level is not measured by church alone but their activities outside the church.

One need to have a full knowledge of their partner in all areas before marriage, if not there will always be a problem in the home.

Keys To Get Knowledge Of A Partner:

1. Through The Holy Spirit: You must Pray and fast about any marriage proposal and ask God to tell you what decision to take about it.

2. Personal Findings: Take your time to do personal Findings on the person you are planning of getting married to. There are somethings they will be hiding from you. The best way to do your findings is not through their family members by you The best way is to use a trusted person to do your findings from their family, environment, office, etc.

3. During Courtship: During this time, what one must do is to observe and read in between the lines of the actions and words of their partner to know they more. In the stage of courtship, people tend to display their real attitude because they feel it will all lead to Marriage.

Hosea 4:6 "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge ......"

FALSE PROPHET

False prophet talks about those that speaks from human inspiration.

Human inspiration can come from drinking. When a false prophet got drank, with the eyes of drinking he can see a whilte clothe to be red and use it to prophecy about accident or death.
Human inspiration can come from excessive eating by the false prophet that when he get to the church, he start prophesying about food.
Human inspiration can come from people information. This is a process where the false prophet knows all about you and use it to give you prophecy unknowingly to you.
Human inspiration is when all prophecy is about negative things that is about to happen.
Human inspiration is when prophecy all comes down to money. When a prophet asked you to pay #1,000 according to your age, such prophecy is fake.
Human inspiration is when a prophet is always having police case or court issues after prophecy.
Human inspiration is when a prophet comes to church and start telling you to empty all you have in your pocket to give to God.
Human inspiration is when a prophet tells you that it is your parents or siblings that are fighting you.

THE GRACE OF GOD.

Titus 2:11 "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men"

No one can survive or achieve any good thing in life without the grace of God. One country, skin color, relationship does not give one the ladder to succeed but the grace of God.

One with the best educational certificate or degree does not mean such a one will get the best job. One with a good health does not guarantee that such a one will sleep and wake up the next day but it is by the grace of God.

What do one mean by the word "Grace". Grace means free and underserved favour or a divine assistance from God. It is grace that gives to one what they desire without stress.

It is grace that makes one to succeed in the midst of failure.

Grace is what makes a man to stand out among his equals and superior.

It is the grace of God upon a person that makes the mistakes of such a person to be perfect.

It is the grace of God upon a person that makes such a person not to die when other people are be wasted.

It is the grace of God upon a person that makes such a person to overcome their enemies without any battle.

Zechariah 4:6 "........., Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts"

In the Bible verse above "the spirit of the Lord" means the "grace of God". It means whatever one wish to achieve in life and destiny is not by human power or might but by the grace of God.

WAYS TO ACCESS THE GRACE OF GOD.

What we must know is that before one can obtain the grace of God, one must need to push and disturb God as Hanna did before God grace came upon her.

1. Prayer & fasting.
2. Giving to the work of God and to people around you.
3. Showing of Kindness to others.
4. Praising God.
5. Dancing for God.
6. Paying of tithe
7. Giving of offering.


WAY TO LOSE THE GRACE OF GOD

The major way to lose the grace of God is through disobedient to God word.

Grace is not by faith but a covering from God to a person knowingly or unknowingly to the person.

Holy Spirit bless Your word in our heart in Jesus name.

In the world today everybody is a Christian; but not everybody is a candidate of heaven. Heaven is the place that was promised to us by Jesus Christ while on earth. John 14:2-3 “ In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also”. KJV.

The word “candidate” is not a new thing to most people. One can be a candidate of many things on earth but still not a candidate of heaven. Candidate means what one is qualified for or to have. As a person one can become a candidate of heaven by accepting Christ into your life and becoming a Christian. There are different kinds of Christian in which one can know more about from my book titled “THE PRICE TAG”

Heaven in a nutshell talks about the dwelling place of God, His angels and a place where all Christians will meet with God. Gen 22:11” And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven”......KJV. Matt 5:48 “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect” NIV. Heaven is the real place for a Christian.

When one talk about candidate of heaven, one is referring to or talking about be qualified to dwell with God in one place. The true of the matter is that it is not every one thatb can dwell with God in heaven, but I pray for you as you are reading this book receive the grace to become a candidate of heaven in Jesus name.
