The offer, which opened on 23 September 2026, targets up to ₦45 billion through 396,330,000 units priced at ₦113.54 each. * She has barely submitted no FINANCIAL report to justify any Capital raise (the Q2 submitted was Unaudited)
* Recently.converted to a Public Company shortly before listing
* The Holding Period is not even yet 6months talk less of 12 months approved holding period
* No financial report track record of 3yrs or more to justify any fund raising yet...etc.
* Even if the Board approves Private Placement, SEC is not going to approve such......except I'm missing something here sha.

If interested in Oando, it is advisable to keep your units or buy more now, in order to benefit from the next round of share re-distribution bonus. The extra bonus units would help reduce the average cost per unit; could be sold and channeled into other good stocks or projects e.g., I intend selling part of my bonus to buy Dangote Refinery (i.e. hoping the next distribution phase will be announced before the refinery IPO)

Any bomb that can make Access Bank drop to N21 and below is highly welcome. I have loaded Access but i am still hungry for more. This type of open-end opportunity only comes once in a blue moon. As long as Access stays in the range of N21 to N24, i will keep buying; even if it requires me to sell lands and other properties.
