A Tokunbo car purchased for ₦2.5 million in 2022 is now worth ₦4 to ₦5 million. Similarly, land, buildings, and other assets have all seen significant price increases. I believe the asset sections of most stock reports will be revised upwards. How will the market react when this happens, or is it already adjusting in anticipation?
