The CFR has made its presence known in Washington D.C., since its early inception in 1925. Its roster of members has, for a generation Under Republican and Democratic administrations alike, been the chief recruiting ground for cabinet level officials in Washington. Other positions in the executive branch of government have not gone without notice by the CFR as well. There are four key positions in every administration, both Democratic and Republican, that have almost always been filled by members of the CFR. They are: National Security Advisor, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, and Secretary of the Treasury. THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS "Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of a day; but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers, too plainly prove a deliberate, systematical plan of reducing us to slavery." The above quote is from Thomas Jefferson who was the very first to warn the newly liberated American public of a conspiracy by men bounded by secrecy and a common goal to seize powers for themselves. Jefferson attempted to answer the question of those who wonder why nothing changes when they vote in a change in the American government by voting for the opposition party. He says, in essence, that if nothing changes, it is fair to presume that there is a conspiracy. There are many who believe that the major reason nothing changes during changes in administrations is the Council on Foreign Relations, (the CFR) formed on July 29, 1921, in New York City. Although the organization today has about 2,000 members representing the most elite in government, labor, business, finance, communications and the academy, it is not well known to the American people. The major reason it is basically unknown is because of Article II of the CFR by-laws. This article requires that the meetings of the membership remain secret, and anyone releasing the contents of these meetings is subject to instant dismissal. The CFR was founded by a group of "intellectuals" who felt that there was a need for world government and that the people of America were not ready for it. After the League of Nations treaty failed to pass the Senate, the founders of the CFR organized this association for the specific purpose of conditioning the people to accept a world government as being a desirable solution to the problems of the world. The founders included many of those who had been at the signing of the Treaty of Versailles after the end of World War I and included: Colonel Edward Mandell House, Walter Lippmann, later to become one of the Liberal Establishment's favorite syndicated columnist; John Foster Dulles, later to become President Eisenhower's Secretary of State; Allen Dulles, later to become the director of the Central Intelligence Agency; and Christian Herter, later to become Dulles' successor as Secretary of State. Money for the founding of the CFR came from J.P. Morgan; John D. Rockefeller; Bernard Baruch; Paul Warburg; Otto Kahn; and Jacob Schiff, amongst others. The CFR has repeatedly told the American people what their goals are through their publications, one of which is a magazine called Foreign Affairs. In addition, they frequently print position papers, one of which was called Study No. 7, published on November 25,1959. This document detailed the exact purpose of the CFR as advocating the "building (of) a new international order (which) may be responsible to world aspirations for peace (and) for social and economic change An international order including states labelling themselves as Socialist (Communist)." When has HCQ killed any one? This is a drug that was up till February 2020 was sold over the counter in Europe. HCQ has never posed any serious threat or hazard to anyone since its over 50 years it was released. The demand to use HCQ only in hospital settings means: 1. HCQ treatment will be delayed until a patient decides to be admitted to a hospital, thus lowering HCQ’s efficiency 2. Hospitals will quickly become overwhelmed with COVID-19 patients Then the Panel nixes HCQ+AZ: “Hydroxychloroquine plus Azithromycin The COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel recommends against the use of hydroxychloroquine plus azithromycin for the treatment of COVID-19, except in the context of a clinical trial (AIII).“ This drug combination is the most effective and widely used treatment for COVID-19, and the Panel recommends against it! Our very own NCDC and Ministry of Health is taking these guidelines as doctrine but a little step further by banning any form of treatment outside their designated ''isolation centers''. They've also sent a strong word of warning to the NMA to inform all its members NOT to treat patients who show up with CoVid-19 symptoms or are diagnosed of having it. The reason for this is to crowd all patients into their Isolation hell holes offering no treatment whatsoever beyond alleviates. This is deliberate. The relevant section of (COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel, 2020) is Potential Antiviral Drugs. The antiviral treatment recommendations (more accurately, failure to provide recommendations) include: “RemdesivirNotice that CQ and HCQ are addressed together, although these are two different drugs, and HCQ is clearly superior to CQ both in efficiency and safety. Also notice that the basic recommendation of “insufficient clinical data to recommend either for or against” is given to both HCQ and Remdesivir. However, the recommendation for HCQ goes further to state that when using HCQ, “clinicians should monitor the patient for adverse effects (AEs), especially prolonged QTc interval”. Practically, this means that HCQ should be used only in hospital settings. No such restrictions are set for Remdesivir, for which there is no clinical data available. Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) was accepted as a COVID-19 treatment by the medical community in the US and worldwide by early April. 67% of the US physicians said they would prescribe HCQ or chloroquine CQ for COVID-19 to a family member (Town Hall, 2020-04-08). An international poll of doctors rated HCQ the most effective coronavirus treatment (NY Post, 2020-04-02). On April 6, Peter Navarro told CNN that “Virtually Every COVID-19 Patient In New York Is Given Hydroxychloroquine.” This might explain decrease in COVID-19 deaths in the New York state after April 15. The time lag is because COVID-19 deaths happen on average 14 days after showing symptoms. But on April 21, several perfectly coordinated events took place, attacking HCQ’s use for COVID-19 patients. 1. The COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel of the National Institute of Health issued recommendations with negative-ambivalent stance regarding the use of HCQ as a COVID-19 treatment. This surprising stance was taken contrary to the ample evidence of the efficacy and safety of HCQ and despite absence evidence of its harm. The panel also strongly recommended against the use of hydroxychloroquine with azithromycin (AZ), the combination of choice among practitioners. 2. On the same day, a paper (Magagnoli, 2020) was posted on a pre-print server medRxiv, insinuating that HCQ is not only ineffective, but even harmful. This not-yet peer reviewed paper, by unqualified authors with conflicts of interest, received wall-to-wall media coverage, as it if were a cancer cure. It used data from Veterans Administration hospitals, spicing its effects. The paper has shown to be somewhere between junk science and fraud. 3. Rick Bright, a government official who was probably more responsible for the low level of preparedness to the epidemic than most others, and had been re-assigned to a lower position earlier, emerged as a “whistleblower.” He claimed he had been demoted for opposing hydroxychloroquine, the claim to be soon debunked by documents bearing his signature. The media also gave him a wall-to-wall coverage. On April 24, the FDA struck its own blow, issuing a stern warning against use of HCQ for COVID-19 treatment. While these warnings are not binding to doctors, they do produce a chilling effect. Consequently, either patients do not receive necessary treatment, or they receive it with a delay, sharper decreasing its effect. This allows detractors to question HCQ efficacy even more aggressively.
