Good afternoon pls what email or website will I use to book for interview my school starts in first week of April. Oles help am new hear.

Good evening house ,please I applied for admission in RUB and was given admission since 2016 and went for interview was rejected and since then I have not withdrawn my from the block account and I have been applying since then and was given admission which will start in April 2018. My question, is the money in Tue block account still valid ,will the embassy still consider the confirmation of the account which I sent to them in 2016 and how do I mail the Deutsche bank. Thanks
Furthermore, it seems the process of visa application has changed could someone guide me please.
