Politics / Re: What Lesson(s) Have You Learnt From Atiku, Obi And President Tinubu by OkCornel(m): 1:11pm On Oct 26, 2023
Moral of the Story: Fraud and Forgery pays😂

But on a more serious note.

It is pointless for the masses to keep on heaping hopes on political prostitutes to make the country better.

No semblance of progress on the standard of living of the average Nigerian since independence.

Until the masses put these rogues under intense pressure to deliver, nothing will change.

If you haven’t learnt anything from the false messiahs Jonathan and Buhari turned out to be, but hope Tinubu or Obi will magically turn the country around, sorry for you.

These people are in office to serve you, not you elevating them and turning them to Demi-gods!

Think for once goddamit!

What makes you think Congo leaders are worse.

Start with how their corrupt leaders eliminated Lumumba. Nigeria never wicked reach.

In terms of unexploited mineral resources, they are the richest country in the world. However, their poverty level is worse than Nigeria

Naira is not falling, it is finding it's rightful place in the forex market. No cause of alarm. If you are so worried about the so called fall of Naira, become productive and patronize essentially made in Nigeria goods and services and encourage others to do the same.

Is this the new format? That naira is finding its rightful place in the Forex market?

It’s no longer the 300 naira to the USD Tinubu promised?

Rwanda has no oil.

I CAN'T EVEN THINK OF ANY RESOURCES THEY HAVE.

KIGALI IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST AND BEST ORGANIZED CITIES, NOT JUST IN AFRICA, BUT IN THE WORLD.

There are also many OTHER African cities developing fast, some of which will be posted here in due course,

I KEEP READING MENTAL MIDGETS ON THIS FORUM DENIGRATING ''THE BLACK RACE'' BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS THEY EXPERIENCE IN NIGERIA.

DON'T BLAME IT ON ''THE BLACK MAN''.

BLAME IT ON YOUR CORRUPT SELVES WHO REFUSE TO HOLD YOUR STATE AND FEDERAL LEADERS ACCOUNTABLE, FOR A MESS OF POTTAGE.

THE ''BLACK MAN'' IS DOING VERY WELL IN OTHER COUNTRIES, AND 12 OF THE 20 FASTEST GROWING ECONOMIES ON EARTH ARE BLACK COUNTRIES IN AFRICA AND THE CARIBBEAN

I would have thought LP and PDP want judgement delivered quickly?

I like how they are always setting up the next fantasy from within the current fantasy. Always keep its supporters in the levelling up loop. Trying and failing = virtue.

Pure genius. Gamification of irrationality at its best.

Nigeria has been gamed since independence.

People love their illusions so bad

BreconHills:

I have written a short paper on using the obidient cause ( very similar to Trump 2.0) as a gamification framework.

The key part of the framework is to sustain optimism by building fantasies within fantasies. When one fantasy fails, the group levels up by creating a new one. The process itself is based on a process of elimination that posits that the cause becomes stronger and success clearer with each failure. Seen this way failure is positioned as a step ( not a cycle) towards success.

The shoo in is FOMO which is based on the idea that having suffered so much for the cause ( sunk cost fallacy) the end is almost in sight and it would be a shame to get off the train and miss what is always "just around the corner"

It's fascinating even if it looks cruel. Implemented properly the game players will not see the futility. Just imagine the hours of productivity and loyalty a company could get out of each employee.

Interesting read.

If you know the fools you're responding to, you'll stop wasting your time and energy. Most of them are touts with no guarantee of where their next meals are coming from but they are here exchanging banter with people. They have alternate usernames they use to beg for money here. Go to Lagos parks and see them hustle for mere 1k for loads. All you need to do in this time is buy padlock and lock your pockets so you don't give shishi to anybody. Let everybody enjoy the country as it is now. The real defenders of Tinubu who earn good money for defending him have assigned portfolios. They are the ones paying stipends to the idiots you see here. They can't do their job all the time and since there are idle minds around, why not pay them handouts to do it.

Forget about whoever you’re supporting and think about your future and that of your nation for once.

These political prostitutes have destroyed the past, present and immediate future of the nation.

Right before your eyes, the fruit of your parents labour are being destroyed right before your eyes through inflation and naira devaluation.

Look at the screenshot and replace 2016 with 2023.

Until Nigerians cooperate and put the elites under intense pressure to deliver, forget it…there’s no messiah anywhere.

Must you repeat your parents mistakes by heaping hopes on politicians or disturbing God with unnecessary prayers?

Food for thought.

Replace 2016 with 2023.

The fruit of your parents, aunties and uncles labour are being destroyed right before their eyes no thanks to inflation and devaluation of the naira. Persistent mismanagement of the economy by a few blind greedy fools, supported by a lot of poor hungry fools.

And we still have hardened fools on this platform supporting these rapacious politicians (APC, PDP, LP everyone of them!)

Solution to Nigeria’s problem.

Until y’all realise there are two parties in Nigeria - the elites and the masses, y’all fooling yourselves.

Until the masses work together and put the elites under constant pressure to deliver, forget it. Una go dwell in poverty forever.

Tribalism and religious differences no dey where looting is involved, but the poor hungry masses are fighting over political prostitutes that keep on screwing them. Same ol’ thing since the 1960s

Una never ready.
