Good day in the house. I need an advice. The family of 4 travelled to US. If husband decided to stay and the the wife with two kids retuned to Naija will this in anyway affect the wife and the kids to revisit US anytime. Please note the wife and kids only spent 2 weeks out of 6months given

I need your assistance. I am going to Florida in December 5th. The air line ticket is so expensive. But ticket for NY is better while one way flight from NY to Florida is like 26k. Is it possible to go to Florida with connecting flight at NY without breaking any immegaration issue since.

Sir, Likely the airline will not agree to carry you. You need a return ticket if you are travelling with a visit visa. That said, it is best to stick to your plan according to your form/interview.

Thanks for clearity but staying beyound 2weeks if stamped 6 months is not really a crime.

Hi team, i need a clearification on below: just got family visa for family of four. Is it possible for father and one of the kids to go first while the second kid will go with his mum later.

My family visa was granted today by a lady in window 2. The transcript was as follows:
VO: Goodmorning
Me: (Chorus with team) good morning
Vo: Are they twins (my two kids)
Me: They are brother.
VO: very good. Any other children?
Me: No.
VO: Ok the first must be 11 or 12 while the second shld be 9 years
Me: correct. 11 and 9 (interview became informal.)
VO: where are u going in Us.
Me: i am taking the kids to Disney World in Florida.(make use of opportunity to put kids forward)
VO: what do you do.
Me: i am blablabla in blabla company at blablabla
VO: what is your job role.
Me: i told her until she asked another question
VO: (now ro my wife) Madam do you work?
She: sure, i am a proprietress of sososo gov. Approved nursery and primary school at sososo place.
Vo: how many pupils do u have
She: she gave her figure
VO: How many Teaching staff
She: she gave her a figure
VO: (Back to me) sir have u travel before
Me: Yes to Port of Salalah in Oman for training financed by my company.
VO: like how much do u think this travelling will cost

VO: with transport i mean
Me: 4.5m
VO: Turn to computer and type for some time. Then gave us a white paper pick our visa in three working days time.
