He had grabbed all the empty land in Enugu State. The only Governor in Southeast that doesn't have any Capital Project at hand throughout his tenure. Only busy paying people like Op to be pushing nonsense on social media. The street light we have in Enugu was installed by Sullivan most of them have spoiled yet Ugwuanyi could not fix it.

You can also do a trip to tafa market in thesame Niger State, very close to dikko (on thesame route) there's one poultry managed by Indians there matured Live chicken is sold for 700
