For more than 15 yrs Awka millennium has been under construction. What rubbish. The new Enugu city more than the Awka in size and work is going on. Soludo is a mediocre. IGR is not fake, Enugu government is building multiple project including a new city from scratch, before end of next year, Enugu Air will be second largest airline operator in Nigeria, alot of New schools, hospitals, largest farm in construction in the whole Nigeria, without IGR all these are impossible. You can't borrow if you don't have means of returning it.
