Budget amount is N971 billion.

EDUCATION
*Smart Green schools in various stages of completion in 245 wards. 15 more to be built when suitable sites in urban areas are procured. All to be completed by the new school year in 2025.
*Model Secondary Schools being built across the 17 LGAs of the state.

HEALTH
*260 Type-2 Primary Health Centres being built in all the wards of the state.
*Completion of the Enugu Int'l Hospital on Rangers Avenue, Enugu has commenced.
*3 Type-3 Primary Health Centres reequipped and commissioned in 3 LGAs of the state.
*Park Lane hospital to get two high-rise buildings: one for office space and accomodation for students; and the other will house medical services dept.

SECURITY
*Distress Response Squad (DRS) established.
*Extensive Camera Newtwork that uses AI enabled cameras that cover all parts of the state is being built.
*World-class Command and Control centre established that uses the camera network to monitor all parts of the state.
*Procured over 100 patrol vehicles with mounted AI-enabled street camers to help boost the operations of the DRS.
*Over 500 communication radios, helmets and body cameras for security personnel.

TRANSPORT/AVIATION
*90 urban and inter-urban roads awarded, and an additional 141 urban and 20 gateway roads also awarded.
*Opi-Nsukka gateway road to be converted into a ultra-modern dual carriageway.
*State-wide ringroad planned.
*Four new transport terminals to be commisioned by Dec'22 this year.
*Enugu Air to be launched in a few weeks time.
*Over 200 dual-fuel mass-transit buses already paid for and are being awaited. And this includes 50 being refurbished by ANNAMCO.

TOURISM
*Enugu Int'l Conference Centre (ICC) to be commissioned.
*Presidential Hotel commissioning to follow soon after.
*300+ room ICC Hotel being constructed.
*Magical Milken Hill theme park being worked on by development partners.
*Ohu waterfalls, Nsude pyramids and Ngwo pine forests to be developed.
*5 urban recreation parks to be built in and around Enugu.

AGRICULTURE
*Acquisition of 200 75 horsepower danish-made tractors. First batch of a planned 1,000 unit acquisition which the state gov't intends to be available for hire by farmers.
*Over N100 billion United Palm Products LTD investment.
*State owned Niger Gas to become operational by 1st quarter of next year.
*Over N40 bllion injected by investor into Sunrise Flour Mills.

BUDGET BREAKDOWN
*Total revenue realised as at Oct' 24 is N459 billion giving a budget performance of 88%.
*N178 billion is statutory receipts while N136 billion is capital receipts.
*Capital expenditure as at Oct' 24 is N382 billion
*Recurrent expenditure as at Oct' 24 is N76 billion
*IGR realised as at Oct' 24 is N144 billion
*IGR realised as at Oct' 24 shows a 286% increase from N37 billion in 2023 to N144 billion.
*Total additional IGR revenues by the end of the year envisage total IGR for 2024 to surpass the N200 billion mark.
