hey guys, is it just me or have u also noticed this current disturbing trend in Lagos state? I notice that d few places in Lagos I hv been recently, I keep seeing heaps of refuge on our streets, junctions, highways n even expressways. is it DAT LAWNA is not more working? or dirty lifestyle cannot just leave our people ? or, 2015 is around d corner n every other thing must stop working?(including federal/state agencies)
