Awesome! Great act from the man to save the Puppy.

This is Exactly what JESUS Christ is out for in these Last of last days.

So many people are in lost and drowning in Flood of Evils, abominations , all sorts of evil and are headed to death, Destruction and Hell.

Thanks be to GOD. The Hands of JESUS Christ are stretched out to save anyone who call on HIM.

Assessing work experience is compulsory for everyone. DHA does not handle the work experience part any longer. The application will be put on hold while the applicants gets a positive assessment from EA.
Thank you.

Thanks, bro for your response. I left Nigeria in 2018 so I left the company in 2018. I can only claim 2013-2018 if there is tax clearance to show that
oh sorry. But Tax clearance certificate can only be issued for the most recent 3 years that is 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Do you have salary bank account?

Maybe you discuss with the company. I don't think you need to assess your work experience though but you need the documents to show DHA as part of proof of work experience.

Hello everyone, please I have some concerns that require the input of experts in the house. I have gotten a positive assessment with EA for Telecom Engineer. However, I have not assessed my years of experience because of the complexity of the process. I only got payslips and an employment letter but I can't get tax clearance or pension slip from the Nigeria company. Although, the company is willing to pay for all those years, but I am concern it will not reflect the years(2013-2018) as it will just be paid this year. Please what can I do?
@bellong
@tunlex01
What about 2018 to date?

No IRS will give you tax clearance certificate of 2018 in 2021 but u can only get receipts of payment. I'm not so sure if it will be sufficient for work experience assessment.

Remember you said i dont qualify. i just found out i do.
please watch this video from registered immigration consultants in australia

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhoQyqYkaWI

i even went to vetesass in charge of marketing evaluation and read the rules i qualify for everything.

Now i am wondering why you discouraged me? because as long as i can prove all the work experience to be at least 3 years post graduation and at least 1 year after my second degree i qualify. this is because i have a second degree related to my occupation.

But if not related again what i need is 5 years work experience randomly and at least 1 year relevant degree to have positive assessment.

also just heard they rarely do deductions as before.

Anyway please check so you don't further discourage others
gather all your documents and submit to vetasses kindly give us update when your positive assessment show!

When u waste your money and time you go sabi talk.

Hello beautiful people.

Kindly help me with answers to my question. My occupation is on the occupation list but vetassess says I have to have paid work experience. I have over one year of work experience (as a volunteer) in my field but I wasn't paid. Will that give me a negative assessment? Or what other option do I have.
1. YES you will most likely obtain negative outcome!

Wicked? Did you read the chats? Or you just assume cos he's a celebrity, he has the money but refused to pay the dealer? Bro, everyone owes, the dealer thought he could humiliate him with the whole going public stunt. If you've paid 2.9m out of 3.8m, it makes the property yours and can decide to do whatever you want with it including selling it. In shareholding, 51% grants you ownership.
I read the chats very well and I also noted the dates on the chats but I can't say the same about u.

It is plain wickedness and dishonesty and I could see that Ebiye do not want to pay him his money.

What worries me most is he sold the car and yet refused to pay.

I am really sorry for engaging you. You truly do not deserve my time.

Thank you.

I'm in business. I owe and people owe me. Debts and credit are the twin drivers of business. You are not a business man if you don't understand that.
What you are saying is different from this whole thing.

Anyways I can't argue with you. But for emphasis sake this Ebiye is very wicked and dishonest and I can't deal with such people.

Additionally the dealer understands debts and credits in business but what is worrisome in my view is the debtor refuse to pay up and sold the car.

Think about it and just assume you were the dealer since u said u are a business man!

I like the fact that the guy is honest. From is speech, he really want to pay and he will pay.

For those that are insulting him and calling him names, ode be una. Most people dey owe others money and we know how this things are. Not like he doesn't want to pay but Coro period na hell for people so make the guy relax. From that chat I saw yesterday evening before this video he made, he sounds like he really want to pay but things aren't just working well for him.
Some of you wey dey insult am self go owe money, some for more than 2 years self and them dey talk nonsense here
some people justify killing protesters so you can have an opinion however the issue here is not the debt but he sold the car and invested in forex without paying the dealer.

I checked the chats very well to be sure the Ebiye guy is saying the truth and you can do same. As at the time he sold the car corona wasn't a big deal in Nigeria.

You may be in business tomorrow if not for anything show empathy to that dealer please

This guy is very dishonest and wicked.

From the WhatsApp chat you can see that the dealer has been on Ebiye neck to pay him his money even before covid 19.

May God help us all.

Nice response from Ebiye. He didn't deny owing, he reaffirmed he was going to pay. Case closed.
Did the dealer think world was going to end when he calls him out? Aside the usual snide remarks like "celebrities and fake life" , bla bla bla, what else?
Even Dangote owes banks. The man should go and lick stew
Do to others what you would like them do to you.

He that live in glass house do not throw stones.

You may be in business tomorrow be careful

Give the guy some break... His image has been rubbished already over 900k balance that he will still pay. He cited Covid-19 as the reason... He can't kill himself na.
keep quiet sir!. Did you read the messages they exchanged at all?

He sold a car he has not finishing paying and refuse to pay and here u are talking trash.

If you were the car dealer would you be happy someone bought your car on credit and sold it without paying you? People self no empathy at all. Tueh

Sir no vex, I just explained to you, it's not everyone that works in Nigeria that has a pay slip, if you have any advice based on how to go about it pls let me know. Gracious
well you can design payslips and also get tax clearance certificate if you live in lagos or Abuja. I don't know about other states.

In lagos your employer can assist you to get TCC and if u live in Abuja you can get it yourselve.

Note that you cannot get a positive assessment with EA without third party evidence like pension, TCC or bank statement showing your salaries in the account either of the above must suffice.

Thank you for your response, please what do you mean by CDR document?

For persons that get pay by hand or directly to private account is there any means to clarify the d tax clearance or can I go to tax office and get such documents even if it entails them calculating the taxable years on my personal account?

Pls I need your advice Nigeria don tire me.
this works well if u live in lagos and Abuja please note that you will still produce payslips.

Payment of salary is basically on my personal account and sometimes directly from clients, I read somewhere here stating I can get a notarization letter stating I receive by hand, kindly re-affirm or denounce it.
You are not answering the questions but picky and asking me more questions.

I do not know how you will scale through assessment without payslips, bank statement showing your salaries for the number of years claimed, tax clearance or pension.

Thanks for your response, i do have personal bank statements, but no payslips, no tax clearance certificate,

Pls what next do I do, and how really do this assessment bodies really work?
I mean do you receive your salary by hand or is it paid into your account by ur employer?

If yes you may be able to proceed with EA assessment.

Are you a manager in your office ?

Can you prove it, how many people report to you and who do you report to?

These are some of the things vetasses will look at.

If you don't have payslips, salary bank statements or pension or tax clearance it may be difficult to get positive assessment from both assessing bodies I.e EA and vetasses.

Shalom

I don't think you will scale through vetassess assessment because you are not a manager and I would suggest you look at the two occupation under EA.

Do you have payslips, bank statements, pension or tax clearance certificate?

You sure there's no explanation for why it could be 180? The person is a trusted family member.

And any idea what the rate is in Nigeria not the one on Google.
Na wa oo. trusted family member yet u are here asking if they cheated your friend and someone answered you yet u are saying another thing.

I think your friend should open account so that when the uncle sent money next time she will know if is a trusted family member or not.

Australian dollar is higher than 180
