ozymes: Please, you cannot travel with Child and intend to leave the child there. Why would you want to do that? Please do not even think about it again! Ok. Thank you. Already shown her responses from the thread. |

Justblow: That is trafficking, if she is not careful, UK BORDER FORCE AGENCY may track them on arrival...
Just simple eye contact and simply question will give them away... This guy's are trained to detect such.
Moreover, the trafficker is documented... She needs to be very careful... Thanks for the enlightenment bros. I have shown her responses from this thread |

Good morning house. Please there is an argument between my colleague and I in the office at the moment and I want the house to help us clarify. Is It possible for UKVI not to detect if a 1 year old boy go to the UK on visit and refuse to come back to Nigeria? Bearing in mind that his biometrics will not be captured. |

olorogun1: thanks to everyone on this forum for your contributions towards the success of my uk visa application. most especially @justwise i was refused 2007, i made the application through an agent back then, all information used by the agent then was fake even my international passport was not having my correct info except my name. i was so furious after the refusal seeing those errors,i had to do another passport with my real details aftewards,i applied to us twice and i was also refused, after reading alot about people's experiences and a word of encouragement from justwise i decided to give a try, i did my biometrics on 30th of july and i was sent a mail on 23rd of august to pick up my passport, i was given 6month on my virgin passport
i did all the application on my own even with my mobile phone i don't have personal account except my coporate and i run all my expenses with the account, though i stated that in my cover letter.
documents submitted.
cac cert. property doc (survey and family receipt) nepa bill lawma bill land use demand notice tax certificate
my wife had lost the marriage cert. so i only scanned the affidavit she swored for her change of name and our wedding picture.also the news paper publication for change of name. all was scanned with my phone through the edossiersolo app i downloaded.
wish everyone applying a success in their application.
thank you nairaland. Congratulations. How did you correct your changed details with this new application with the home office. |

justwise: The problem with your story is that it's far too common/familiar, no doubt that the ECO might have heard such stories too many times before.
The question is ...will the ECO believe you? No one here can answer that, you just have to apply and explain the situation the way you did here. Thanks for your response sir. Did you mean they can ban me if the ECO doesn't believe me? |

Okororeg: Good afternoon house. My name is Okoro. Please I once indicated on my UK visa application that I know only 1 person who is my step - sister. In year 2017 we had a wedding and one of my family I have not seen for a very long period of time was present and I discovered that he is also based in the uk. Since then we have been communicating effectively and he is ready to invite me to the UK now. We bear same surname as we have same father but another mother. Our father had six wives. Please hope it won't affect my application because I did not list him as one of the people I know in the UK in my visa application in the year 2016. He was in Nigeria in January 2019 when my daughter had her birthday and we took pictures together. Can he state in his letter of invitation that we lost contact for a long time and that we met at a family party in 2017 during my cousin's wedding while I also state it in my cover letter? Please advise. Thank you. Please I need response my people. |
