Car TalkHelp: No Good Toyota Mechanic In Port Harcourt by Okosin(op): 10:17pm On Dec 27, 2023
I reside in PH and I drive a 2009 Camry V6 Engine. For close to two months, my car has been dealing with me. I have tried several mechanics all to no avail. The car idles rough in drive mode but not in neutral or park mode, it does not shift smoothly and fuel consumption is so high. I have changed all 6 spark plugs, all ignition coils, catalyst converters and fuel pump all to no avail. I really do not want to keep spending hard earned money changing things with no result. Please help

FamilyRe: Why Is It A Challenge For Single Mum's To Get Married? by Okosin(m): 10:31pm On Feb 25, 2023
No one is perfect and we all make mistakes at one time or the other. And as the adage says "To sin is human, but to forgive is divine"

But I have noticed that it is always difficult for ladies that have issues out of wedlock to get a man that will love and marry them. After all, having a child isn't a disease.

Why is this so?
Most single ladies that have issues out of wedlock or failed relationships have fundamental issues they are not willing to let go, some do not know they have these issues while some don't care.
No man wants a woman that will give him headache let alone a single Lady with a child and headache

PropertiesIncrease In Rent: How Do I Handle This With My Landlord? by Okosin(op): 8:48pm On Feb 25, 2023
In May 2022, i rented an apartment in Abuja. I put in some money into the house to bring Up the standard. My Landlord visited me two weeks ago to introduce his new lawyer to me. Little did i know that they came to access the house. Just last week the Landlord called to inform me of his plans to increase my rent. His call was followed by that of the New lawyer requesting to bring a copy the letter of increase. The lawyer brought the letter and after reading, i gave it back to him that i am not signing. The Landlord later called to reduce the increment By 200,000 as the rent was increased By 400,000. I refused the 200,000 increment and the Landlord said i should pack at the expiration of my rent.
I currently have my rent to pay at the expiration of the current rent and my wife is heavily pregnant as such We cannot afford to move now. My rent expires in May 2023, what should i do?
