I don't reason so. Remember ondo and Edo are up for grabs next year and the tinubu magic in the south west will continue. Let me tell you this since you have bias for PDP, when PDP came up in 1998, they had the same issues, learnt from their mistakes and became better but pride came in and they lost.

This is the first time tinubu will be on the national scene in charge and mistakes are bound to happen. The difference between tinubu and the rest of politicians in the south west is that doggedness to success. He tried it in 2011, failed came back again and now he is up there.

All in all, Nigeria wins.

I don't even know what kind of politics we play on Nairaland. I will keep watching from the sidelines though. My party need to start work now so that we can profit from all this confusion.

For wells that are offshore, the size of a country matters when it comes to sharing in the international community. Now the north because of its large landmass, it was taken into consideration when we were assigned water lands. If the north were to break away from Nigeria today, we in the ND will lose a lot of offshore wells cause we would have little landmass to claim them from the international community. During the Confab, this was the argument the north brought so all these noise about the north wouldn't work cause we all need each other. What we should be fighting for is regionalism and not a breakup cause it won't favour us.
