Emyogalanya:Yawn |
Belmot:Boss mi ![]() |
kettykin:Please run your region first. ![]() Because at the end of the day, people like Iweala are simply employees. |
Emyogalanya:Nonsense. |
fxjunkie:Lol who is this for? For your Yoruba mother or Igbo mother? ![]() |
Shuku0kukobambi:For strong effect, make I help am too! Amen!! @totit @caseless Please help the OP type Amen |
The company also plans a fertilizer plant and lubricants facility as well as a liquefied petroleum gas plant, Adebutu said.Yorubas are ingenious modafuckers |
Ihatepork:Just thinking of the early morning noise and sound systems. grrrr Ogun should outlaw noise disturbance like Lagos is trying to do. |
fxjunkie:If you're claiming to be Yoruba and are not, may any Ibo mother or father or siblings you claim not to own die! die! die !by fire before Christmas. In Jesus name we pray ![]() Ode. |
Ihatepork:That's in Ogun? I sha hope it doesn't slow down development. Religions disable African development. ![]() |
smulti:The youths of tomorrow. More like the problems of tomorrow. |
lakhadimar:Check up on most Yoruba corporate businesses, they're on par with European/American standards. Many are even situated in several Euro/American and African countries. A few are listed here: https://www.nairaland.com/3918290/yorubas-most-industriousrichest-educated-tribe |
mynd44 lalasticala This is neither a snake nor Bob risky thread, but e fit the frontpage wella. |
ODVanguard:LOL they claim to develop every region, but their region is the 2nd poorest in Nigeria. Ibos make me laugh ![]() |
How can Ibos who can't develop their states develop Lagos? ![]() Forget the fake nonsense you see online. |
Jaideyone:Please don't compare Ogun to Anambra. That's like insulting Ogun state. Compare Anambra to Ondo and Ekiti. Development isn't about building houses FYI. |
I don't like the word "Losing". It has a negative connotation to it. This new trend is not a lose-gain occurrence, it's a gain-gain for the SW and Yorubas. Lagos is actually gaining because it's depopulating. More foreign/indigenous businesses moving to Ogun/Oyo/etc, less burden on Lagos infrastructure. |
agabusta:I urge Yorubas to not allow social media likes from flat head fake jews to stop them from tasking their irresponsible governors to order. Fayose is the governor of Ekiti state, as thus, he must be pressured by Yorubas to give an account of his management of Ekiti State budget. He is not the governor of Biafra....he is the governor of a Yoruba state. What project has Fayose built for the betterment of Ekiti state? |
chomchom1:Him being a Nigerian doesn't mean he shouldn't focus on his own governor and the betterment of his own state. |
Anyway, congrats to Osun state. Itesiwaju ni fun Ile awa Yoruba |
From Abia state government, a message from an Igbo governor concerning the movement of Ibo emigration to Yorubaland. Igbos feel they need to travel to Yorubaland to survive and make money. http://www.abiastate.gov.ng/news/how-can-we-develop-ala-igbo-by-governor-okezie-ikpeazu/ If any ibo can dispute these two facts, I'll help you find Kanu: 1. Ibos are emigrating out of Iboland 2. Ibos are immigrating to Yorubaland
|
FlyoruB:I'm just trying to understand the logic of claiming regional development, yet Ibos run to Yorubaland to survive, eat, and find peace. Yorubas, in general, tend to find greener pastures in Europe/USA, but Ibos see Yorubaland as a place to get the "American dream". It's not just igbos, Nigerians in general run to Yorubaland. |
Everyday, 100 ibos immigrate to Yorubaland everyday If Iboland is so developed, why are people running from it? Because Iboland is one of the most poorest region in Nigeria |
Igbos are crabbing the little lift in your states https://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-west/246950-south-west-states-rank-poorly-debt-sustainability-report.h South-west states rank poorly in debt, sustainability report Some states in the South-west region have been listed to be barely sustainable as they ranked poorly in a new fiscal sustainability report released by civic advocacy platform, BudgIT. The report, which looked into the viability of states in Nigeria, was titled “State of States” and was launched by the civic group last week in Abuja. According to the report, Ekiti and Osun states ranked 35th and 36th positions respectively in the Fiscal Sustainability Index as the two states were placed on the bottom of the list among the 36 states of the federation. Oyo and Ondo states were also placed on the 30th and 25th positions respectively
Yet the SE is struggling with the North as the poorest region in Nigeria. No investment. No infrastructure. Bad roads. Mass emigration. Name it, SE is not viable for success. Why the mass emigration in Iboland if it's developed? |
chomchom1:Create another thread for Rochas. This is about Yorubaland and taking Yoruba leaders to order. This is where flat heads ought to learn to mind their business. @OP If the money is not traceable or he doesn't have any infrastructure to show for it, then the SW need to put this buffoon to order. |
Just a question aside, is landlocked Iboland sustainable for the Ibo population? ![]() |
Two things are going to happen in a couple of years 1. Nigeria's disintegration 2. Federalism Nigeria-as-is is neither growing nor sustainable. When things change, Yorubaland will be okay. Iboland will struggle to survive.
|
FlyoruB:People often move to where they can develop economically. Igbos migrating to Yorubaland in huge droves shows 1) The SW is the most developed region in Nigeria 2) The SE is underdeveloped and it continues to retrogress. Development 1. Urban planning 2. Sustainable infrastructure 3. Jobs and business opportunities These are the 3 major factors of development that has grown in Yorubaland over the last 5 years. The developmental growth is crazy amazing! |
JeetKuneDo:This award no be beans o |
