how long does it takes for one to get an appointment date for biometric data after submitting your visa application online?
I am aware that it take 3weeks to get a decision after your biometric information must have been submitted
But I want to know how long it take to be given a date for biometrics after submitting visa application

Please how much funds would someone who intends to travel with a family of five (spouse and 3 kids) need in a blocked account?
Asked this question before but haven’t gotten any response.
Am aware of the required funds for one adult. Is it different for dependents (children)?

Good evening all
I recently got admission from Jacobs university in Germany only to discover that I wasn’t qualified for the Priority list. I am required by the university to pay an enrollment deposit of €500 with a deadline of 04/03/2022 to secure the admission in the program which is to kick off in September 2022. But, being part of the regular list, I would be given an appointment date in at least one year time. My question is this;
1) Do I go ahead to secure the admission?
2) Am scared I may not even be given an appointment date considering stories that I have heard
3) if eventually I am issued an appointment date, is there a guarantee that I could be given a visa?
4) How much do I also need to put in a blocked account for a family of 5 (myself, my spouse and 3 kids)?
5) Is there a way of funding blocked accounts where one does not have the complete money?
NB: I intend to go with my family
