a high line actually ensures that they can press and effectively shut up the gap between defense and midfield. If they play a low block defense they won't be able to press our defenders, they actually scored from these.

Allowing United build up from the back is dangerous as we start slow and sudden increase the pace and it usually catch out the opposition.

This is the best under-18 squad we have had in years. FA Youth Cup requires some luck as well as it is a knockout competition.

They might not have any obvious super talents like the Angel Gomes/Tahith Chong team but in terms of depth of talent across multiple positions and the ability to withstand 2,3,4 injuries this team is superior.

With a top speed of 35.02 km/h. Kai Havertz is the second fastest midfielder in the premier league ( only behind Adama Traore). He was the second fastest player overall last season in the bundesliga. I dont know too many lazy players clocking this stat

One other thing that gets ignored is that Kai was also getting dispossessed a lot at the wings in Leverkusen - Infact it was one of the negatives in his scout report. One more thing - Havertz is not as terrible defensively as it gets said a lot. He's certainly better than Ziyech if we're looking at defensive stats so a lot of this talk is exaggerated.

You are clearly a smart man but you should know lazy in football does not mean speed, pace or ability to clock high speed. How many sprints does Havertz make, how much distance does he cover, how often does he press or lead the press, is he a willing runner for the team, can he cover space for the team or track back effectively depending on the position he is playing . Those are the criteria to determine if a player is lazy or not.
