The wailing is because of the inconsistency and the manner in which we played in our 4 losses this season. It is also worrying that we have gotten 1 out of 12 possible points from home league games this season.

Baba is clearly a defensive striker.

Next summer might be the best time to phase out the likes of Pogba, Martial, Matic, Dan James, and Mata. Get a proper starting striker (Haaland ), two rotational CM that can play DM comfortably and a rotation LW that can also play RW when needed.

I have a high expectation for Amad Traore Diallo, I believe him and Greenwood can cover the RW.

True... they have wrecked a shot load of careers. I read about some Somalian born British dude that was loaned to more than 5 clubs in 4 years, dude is currently without a club and is into selling hats at the moment. That same loan system have produced guys like De Bruyne, Pasalic, and Borga that are all having good careers away from Chelsea.

In other news Chelsea have one way or the other produced 5 solid players from their loan army/academy in Mount, Reece James, Tomori, Abraham and Zouma. It's also interesting that they got loan fees and didn't have to pay wages during their loan spells. This goes to show that both the academy to first team route and the loan army system can both produce excellent results.
